There are several maintenance issues. 1. Black ants everywhere 2. Upstairs Right Bathroom, the tank is very, very wobbly.3. Upstairs Left Bathroom, lots of mold in the shower4. Downstairs Bathroom is flooding around the tiolet. Water was coming out all over the floor whenever you flushed it.5. The downstairs right bedroom, the ceiling fan is about to fall out the ceiling. Im 5'7" and it was hanging down roughly 4 inches, enough to hit me in the head.6. Also, the downstairs bedrooms are queen beds, so the listing on Vrbo needs to be updated 7.The upstairs back door is filthy!8. Upstairs TV remote doesn't work. And even the controls on the back TV. TV only had a volume of extremely loud. Couldn't watch tv at all.9. With the filth and mild, and after arriving at 10pm we had no choice but to spend the first night. But we packed up & was out of the house by 10am to check into a hotel for the remainder of our vacation.10. Host/Owner & Property Management was absolutely no help whatsoever, no urgency, and did not apologized.11. 5 days later and we still have not heard about a refund. I have reported this property to Vrbo and they have their health and safety team investigating.12. I had 2 elderly parents and 2 grandchildren in our family. All of us had to deal with mold exposure for the remainder of our trip. Allergies with throat, nose , and throat issues.
