I was disappointed with my stay mainly because l was charged twice for the same booking. I had already paid online and received confirmation that my payment was completed. However, I was charged again at the property. It was only after reviewing the transaction that they acknowledged it was a duplicate charge. What made the experience more frustrating was the hassle of waiting for the refund. It caused unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I also felt uncomfortable approaching the front desk staff as they seemed unapproachable at times. I hope management can improve their billing process and customer service to prevent this from happening to future guests.
