Enjoy this beautiful place! This TOP FLOOR/END UNIT is Bright and Private With a Front Balcony Overlooking the Beautiful White Sand Beach. The condo is new -built in 2008, well maintained, and clean. Our on-site manager is excellent. All the resort activities and amenities are included. Everything is in short walking distance- restaurants, shopping & activities!. Great for family vacations, also quiet and relaxing for couples! It's the best condo in the Wyndham Reef Resort and the East End is the best area on Grand Cayman! It's a very safe island and there is clean drinking water. It's fantastic!

We have 3 types of accommodations listed below at The Wyndham-Reef Resort - the FULL UNIT, the A SIDE, or the B SIDE. Please see the map picture of the condo arrangement.

OPTION 1 ***(this is the only option during holiday weeks)***

FULL UNIT -The WATERFRONT TWO BEDROOMS, 2 KING BEDS, TWO FULL BATHROOMS, FULL KITCHEN, Dining & Living Area & 2 Pull Out Murphy Beds – Sleeps 6 PEOPLE, 1,350 Square Feet (this is the quote price & includes the total condo unit):

The Two Large King Size Beds, Large Closets with safes, large dressers and Two Full Bathrooms with tubs/showers Offer a Roomy and Relaxing Stay. The bedroom mattress's are in great condition and the Master Bedroom mattress was purchased new in 2015. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the dining/living area. The ceilings are 10' high which make the rooms a large and airy space. There are 2A/C units.

The Full Kitchen is Equipped With a Large Refrigerator, a Microwave Oven, a Large Double Sink, Cookware, a Blender, a Coffee Maker, Dish Ware, and Utensils. There is a Large Kitchen Table for 6 People and a Couch With Two Large Chairs & 2 wicker chairs in the Living Area. The Large Screen T.V. is Convenient for Downtime at Night and a Music Stereo are Included. Sleeps 6 PEOPLE

OPTION 2

A SIDE - The WATERFRONT ONE BEDROOM, ONE KING BED/ONE FULL BATHROOM, FULL KITCHEN Dining & Living Area & 2 Pull Out Murphy Beds – Sleeps 4 People – 900 Square Feet:

There is a Large King Size Bed, a Large Closet with a safe and a Full Bathroom with a tub/shower. There are 2 ceiling fans one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The ceilings 10' high which make the rooms a large and airy space. The Full Kitchen is Equipped With a Dishwasher, a Large Refrigerator, a Microwave Oven, a Large Double Sink, Cookware, a Blender, a Coffee Maker, Dish Ware, and Utensils. There is a Large Kitchen Table for 6 People and a Large 3 Seat Couch With Two Large Chairs in the Living Area. The Large Screen T.V. with a DVD player is Convenient for Downtime at Night and a Music Stereo is Included.Sleeps 4 PEOPLE

OPTION 3

B SIDE - The WATERFRONT ONE BEDROOM SUITE, ONE KING BED/ONE FULL BATHROOM With Small Kitchen Area – Sleeps 2 PEOPLE – 400 Square Feet:

The Suite has a Large King Size Bed, a T.V with a DVD player, a Music Stereo, a dresser, a cushion chair, and a coffee table. There is a ceiling fan and the ceilings are 10' high which make the room an airy space. The suite has a Large Closet with a safe and Full Bathroom with a tub/shower. The Small Kitchen is Convenient With a Small Refrigerator, a Microwave Oven, a Small Sink, a Coffee Maker, Dish Ware, and Utensils. Sleeps 2 PEOPLE

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure your privacy, we do not rent both sides of the condo to separate parties at the same time.

The rates listed here at VRBO are for the 2 bed/2 bath which is the entire condo unit. The rate for the 1 bed suite is 15% off the listed VRBO rate and the rate for the 1 bed with full kitchen is 10% off the listed VRBO rate. Please make sure your rate is based on the dates you will be staying. A 59$ insurance policy fee is charged for all accommodations.Utilities and cleaning are included in our rate.

This condo is located on the top floor and is an end unit with 4 additional windows, beautiful views and privacy.

The Bedrooms are Very Separate For Privacy!

There is a Washer and Dryer for your use in the condo.

Please Note -Inside the Unit is Strictly Non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the patio with the sliding door shut.

There is an elevator about 50 yards down the hall and the stairs are just outside the condo door. The stairs are in a covered outdoor space with beautiful sunset views.

The Wyndham-Reef Resort Has a Full Bar On the Beach That Serves Food All Day Long and has nightly entertainment. The Dining Room Upstairs Has Breakfast and Dinner. There is also a Bistro in the lobby that serves coffee and a light breakfast. A Local Australian Restaurant Called Tukka’s Offers a Ride to and from the Restaurant. There is also a Beach Bar and Restaurant A Walk Down The Beach With Entertainment and An Indoor Restaurant and Bar. The Italian Restaurant across The Street Is Also Delicious. There are many activities and restaurants just a short ride away.

Rent a Car

You Can Rent a Car With Budget at the Concierge’s Desk The Wyndham-Reef Resort Or Across the Street at Andy’s Car Rental Next to the Plaza. You can pick up a car at the airport and drop it off across the street.

You can arrange transportation to/from the Airport with an island shuttle.

Pools at The Wyndham-Reef Resort:

There 2 Beautiful Pools With Two Hot Tubs. The Pool Next to the Bar Has an Infinity Side, a 2' deep pool section for small children, and a section for water volleyball for children. The north pool has a deep end about 7" deep, a shallow end 4' deep, and a large hot tub. Both pools have cabanas for shade and sun bathing areas with lounge chairs.

Beach at the Wyndham-Reef Resort:

The Water is 100' from the condo. The Beach is Beautiful With Soft White Sand, Lounge Chairs and Lots of Palm Trees. The Beach is 1,650 Feet Long, is Quiet and Great for Walks. The Snorkeling is Magnificent With School Fish, Stingrays, Parroted Fish, File Fish, Lobsters, Needle Nose Fish and More. There is a Reef About 300 Yards Out from the Beach Which Protects the Swimming Area and Makes the Water Clear and Beautiful. There is a sandy swimming area about 300' down the beach with a stone walkway there and about a 50' walk on the sand to the water. The Water Temperature is About 80 Degrees Year Round. There Are Beautiful Peaceful Sunrise Views. There is Always a Breeze and No Bugs. Palm trees line the beach for shade.

Plaza Across the Street from The Wyndham-Reef-Resort:

The Plaza Across the Street Has an Excellent Italian Restaurant, a Full Stocked Liquor Store, a Beautiful Clothing and Gift Store, and a Large Convenient Grocery Store With Meats, Fish, Fruits, Vegetables, Bathroom Supplies, Paper Goods, Snacks, Frozen Foods, Drinks and More. There is Another Full Resort Next Door With Restaurants and Water Sports Just Take a Walk Up the Beach.
