Viihtyisä Cayman Beach -mökki - Emerald Sea House

Tämä kodikas mökki on sisustettu klassiseen Cayman-arkkitehtuuriin ja sijaitsee niin kaukana 7 meripeninkulman ranta-alueen hohdoista, väkijoukoista ja yöelämästä kuin pääset Grand Caymanille. Tämä äskettäin listattu / kunnostettu mökki sisältää 2 makuuhuonetta (molemmissa king-size-vuoteilla) ja omat kylpyhuoneet. Jokaisessa itsenäisesti ilmastoidussa makuuhuoneessa on täysi näkymä merelle. Kuvittele heräämistä ja katsellen auringon nousua sängystäsi! Suuressa huoneessa on myös kaksi laajaa näkymää merelle, jossa voit istua ja katsella merimaisemaa tai lukea yhtä yli 50 kirjasta (lähinnä vakooja- ja väliromaaneja). Täysin varustetussa keittiössä voi käsitellä mitä haluat laittaa ruokia, ja siihen sisältyy täysikokoinen jääkaappi, liesi, uuni ja mikroaaltouuni. Jäähdytin annetaan matkoille ruokakauppaan tai tuoreen saaliin kotiin tuomiseen. Hiiligrilli on myös saatavana, jos tuoreen saaliin grillaaminen on sinun tyylisi.

Tämä on valtameren edessä sijaitseva kiinteistö, ei merinäköala tai venesatama. Jopa kuumin päivä, koillinen tuuli pitää sinut viileänä. Snorklaus on erinomaista aivan takapihallasi. Greatest Vacation

Words cannot really describe how great this place is, we were able to walk out to the ocean and swim and snorkel everyday which was awesome. The home is very comfortable for 2 couples, we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We experienced all kinds of weather and the sound of the waves was amazing. Seen all kinds of fish, kayaked on calm smooth ocean, coffee on our patio, just amazing.

Beautiful Beach Escape

Perfect house for those who prefer solitude, but still within an easy drive to restaurants, etc. The house is very well appointed - nice linens, dishware, kitchen appliances, and even art. Fantastic views from every angle. Also a bonus that beach chairs, loungers & kayaks are provided. There were just 2 of us, but it would be perfect for 2 couples. Loved everything about it!

TROPICAL SERENITY

The Emerald Beach House is perfect for two couples to stay. Two king master suites- all with ocean view. Love the layout and decor of the house, especially with the encircling veranda. Truly a tropical retreat. The sound of the waves and the trade winds will lull you to dreamland.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely beachfront house. The house is tastefully decorated and was clean. The beds were really comfortable and great views of beach from both bedrooms. This house is perfect for two couples and I love how the bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were set up the same. The location was perfect for us and close to so many places like Rum Point, Starfish Beach and nearby grocery store. House was stocked with all that we needed. There was only one working paddle for the two kayaks. After a quick call a couple more paddles were left at the property in the following days. We had a great 10 days at this location. We would definitively stay here again!

Beautiful House and Great Location

Awesome mostly private beach front area. Very beautiful house, which was surprisingly well appointed with artwork and decor. Stocked with all sorts of kitchen gadgets, kayaks, lawn chairs and a charcoal grill that made the stay very easy and comfortable. Property management team was very responsive and quickly dealt with a plumbing hiccup. Instructions were very clear. Hope to come back one day again soon!

Stunning views & comfortable stay

The house was lovely and as described in the listing. We loved the porch and the views. We used the kitchen to prepare meals daily, but did wish for one more frying pan. It was great to have access to beach chairs and a cooler as we used those to visit beaches all over the island. And while the beach immediately in front of the house and on either side was quite nice, once you reached those property lines it was hard to walk any further due to all of the washed up trash and debris. Since we had a car, we spent a lot of our time just up the road at Rum Point where we saw turtles and rays daily during our snorkeling adventures. Lovely property and good value for the area!

We love your house, it is beautiful. It was perfect for two couples. The view is perfect paradise and quiet. The beds were great and the Guy Harvey artwork around the house is fantastic. The book library is also amazing. - The pots and pans are inadequate, only two "small" skillets and two "large" pots (stew/chili size). - Don't pay the cleaning service! They could not have been there after the last group left.

Perfect Tranquil Paradise!

Best place I've ever stayed. Immaculate! Had everything you could ever need. So many little details they thought of. It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved kayaking and snorkeling out the back door (saw octopus, shark, lobster, stingray, barracuda, lots of fish!) and spent plenty of time on that back porch drinking up that view. Would book this place again in a heartbeat! So nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of seven mile beach and really have a slow paced relaxed island getaway. Still plenty to do close by. Enjoyed a drift snorkel from Caiman Kai to Rum Point, the crystal caves, stingray city, the botanical gardens, barefoot beach, starfish point, collier's beach, Big Tree Bbq! Exactly what we were hoping for! Many thanks for sharing your paradise!

Beach house

The house is a definite ****. It would be a 5 if there was an outside table and chairs for eating outside. The beach/ocean area is disappointing. Trash from the ocean washes up with the seaweed. We found a rake in the garage and attempted to rake the seaweed to make a smooth transition into the ocean. However, what we raked was also filled with trash. Apparently this is a problem for the North shore.

SEAHOUSE

We loved the house, really set up well. Big bedrooms and bath. Great Wifi - loved the wrap around porch. the kitchen had everything and more. It needs outdoor table and chairs. Two chairs isn't enough for 4 people. There are a few cute restaurants in the area which is nice. Beautiful Starfish beach is close and the best/better that the house beach. The beach was a mess and needed to be cleaned and cleared of trash and seaweed. We had to do that, rake the beach to clear a path and 3 bags of washed up trash. 2 Kayaks, one missing a paddle- which they bought 3 days later / then paddle that was originally there broke because it was corroded. Lastly the equipment in the garage - life jackets were covered in black mold. Would not use the snorkeling equipment either which is in the garage.

Beautiful, well appointed beachfront cottage

Emerald Sea House is a lovely comfortable cottage. The beds were super comfortable with high quality linens and private baths. There were good quality appliances and pots and pans in the kitchen and comfortable furnishings in the living room. The beach was very private with a spectacular view and good snorkelling right in front. There were two book cases full of books-mainly mysteries, games, Wii, puzzles and videos, not to mention the kayaks! The only reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 are that there was a lot of seaweed and plastic garbage that had washed up on the beach. We had a strong wind out of the north east for the first three days and that seemed to cause most of the garbage problem. This had definitely improved by the end of the trip. The location on the island does requires a car. Stingray City was a highlight and we were able to go from Rum Point, just down the road. I would highly recommend Emerald Sea House!

Rum Point Stay

The property is fantastic - location on the beach and facilities in the house are brilliant - the beach in our opinion was the best one. There are 3 very local restaurants/bars that offer excellent food. Prices are slightly higher than UK but the quality was good. Chisholms grocery (local - again a bit more pricey than UK but and had everything we needed. Opens 7-10 weekly and liquor store opens 10-1 Monday to Saturday and 1-10 on Sunday). A little bit more pricey but larger supermarkets are 30 mins drive to and fro so saves on perol! A few minor things re house - 2 french doors wouldn't open due to sea salt ingress and tumble drier wasn't working on the hot dry - didn't get fixed during our stay. Also only 1 light on the veranda working, and those are really picky things but otherwise the house is perfect and beds so comfortable. We visited all the recommended beaches around the island and decided our was the best one so spent a lot of time there on our sunbeds and relaxing. The house is fully equipped with everything you need so don't stock up too much at the big supermarket until you have checked out what is there. The only other thing to be aware of is that there is another rental next door that can sleep up to 22 people so there can be some noise in the background of the breaking waves. Beach is wonderful just behind the house, great for snorkeling in the pools beyond the reef - saw lots of fish. Fantastic holiday. Thankyou. x

Beautiful inside and out!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Emerald Sea House. It's a lovely, peaceful place in a beautiful, quiet setting, and was perfect for the two of us. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront house, approximately 1,000-1,200 square feet inside, with deck around the whole house. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking meals. It was wonderful to sit outside by the water and enjoy our meals. The owner, Rick, was very helpful with multiple questions leading up to our stay, and also fixed an issue for us with the way VRBO processed the reservation and billing. From the house, it's about a 7 minute drive to Rum Point. We really recommend the bioluminescent bay tour out of Rum Point after dark. It's also about a 15 minute drive to the Botanical Gardens with the Blue Iguana tour, which were beautiful and fascinating, and we also recommend. If this is your first time on Grand Cayman, it's about a 40-50 minute drive from the house to Seven Mile Beach, and possibly longer if you hit commute or airport traffic (except on Sundays, when many businesses are closed). We loved Seven Mile Beach, even with all the hotels, cruise ships, and the strip, and found public parking easiest at Governor's Beach and Cemetery Beach, toward the northern end. Seven Mile Beach is the sandy, calm beach; the rest of the shoreline of the island, including at the house, seems to be rocky iron shore and grassy with rougher water and water shoes to protect your feet would be a smart idea. It's also about a 30-35 minute drive to the nearest supermarket, the IGA Fosters in Savannah at Crossroads. The owner has thoughtfully provided ice packs and coolers for the ride back to the house after you shop.
