The place was dirty when we first arrived the lady at the desk was not friendly at all went upstairs to the room the hallway smell like somebody was smoking marijuana, and it smell like mildew went inside. The room. Looks nothing like it did on the brochure. The room smelled also the fan in the bathroom makes so much noise. I had to shut it off so it was gonna fall out of the ceiling AC when it came on sound like a diesel truck. The sink in the bathroom was overflowing. The floor was all dirty and sticky in the bathroom turned on the Jacuzzi the water shut up in the air. The Jacuzzi knobs were turned up upward. The bed smelled went down and I said I wanted a refund. I was gonna go somewhere else they told me nope too bad you could go somewhere else, but I’m not gonna give you a refund. There was no hot water. We took cold showers. We only went there to take a shower and left. Did not even stay overnight asking for a full refund please do not stay at this hotel. There’s hardly any cars there weeds going in the parking lot all over the place now I see why when I went to check out on Sunday morning there was no food to eat at the continental breakfast everything was gone already. I said to them with the food they told me you should’ve got here at 6 AM to not stay at this hotel, you’d be wasting your time and money. Trust me on this.
