There was a staff member who was very rude to use during our entire stay. He was Yelling at a senior citizen for smoking with in 25 feet of building. He said he told her but he did not! Only thing he said was the room is non smoking and no pets. He never said to smoke 25 feet away from building! He also said he was going to change her! When you walk the property there is a cigarette container up against the building and cigarette buts all over the place including on window sills. I took several picture. There also was what we thought a mini refrigerator in the room, I went to tell him it did not work. He was very rude in telling me that it was not a refrigerator it was a cooling box. (what is the difference) I told him whatever it is it does not work! The other staff were good. But, this particular staff member should not be working in customer service!! When checking out we did not receive a receipt and we still have not received on in our email. I don't understand why he felt he needed to be yelling at this older women. Maybe I was just brought up to respect my elders..... I'm sure he is some type of manager because he was there the during our entire stay other then when we checked out on Sunday. We would like to receive our receipt so we can see exactly what he charged us.. Thank you for sending me this survey. I will most likely bring it higher up the chain.....

I don't normally do Reviews but if your going to Foxwoods this is the most convenient place that also supplies a shuttle to late hours. The cleanliness of the room and the entire place was amazing! The staff was super friendly. Great exp. all around and highly recommend.

Rooms very dated and not kept up with. Peeling wall paper, all the locks on the doors are extremely difficult to use. Will not be back to this location

At about 1:00 in am people outside our room were having party. When we phoned front desk, no one answered. About half hour later, it finally got quiet. When we mentioned next day to manager, he had a terrible attitude. Will never go back to this location.

The guy at the desk was very nice and had a great sense of humor. I absolutely loved the lady who drove the van to take you to the casino! She was so friendly! I hope everyone tips her well, because she deserves it.
