Unthank Road sits within Norwich's highly sought-after Golden Triangle which boasts easy 3 minute walks to the coveted Unthank Road coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries and grocery stores. Norwich city centre is a relaxing 20 minute walk away or for those in a hurry, the 25 bus is available every 10 minutes to the UEA, N&N or the City.

This is a newly converted, luxury retreat for business, for pleasure or both! You will have access to a private allocated parking space, a fully equipped kitchen for entertaining & a large lounge with a rather fabulous 55” TV.

There are 2 double bedrooms with this apartment. Both bedrooms are large, fully fitted and include double beds, luxury linen, fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage options plus each has a good sized en-suite shower room.
