Your stay begins with a warm meet-and-greet from the Ginger & Gold team. We’ll walk you through the apartment, hand over the keys, and ensure everything is perfect from the moment you arrive.

House Rules:
• No smoking indoors
• No pets
• Please respect the home
• Quiet hours: 9pm–8am (weekdays), 11pm–8am (weekends)

Damages:
If something breaks, just let us know. We never charge for small accidents, honesty helps us keep the home perfect for the next guest.

Terms of Stay:
We require a digitally signed rental agreement, ID, and a security deposit or rental waiver for protection.

Extras:
Travel cot and high chair available for £30 (24 hours’ notice).
