Made up of 1 large double and 1 small single bedroom, the apartment has a spacious open plan living area and brand new bathroom making this a perfect base for tourists on short breaks through to those on longer term work projects. There is on street parking available via permit. Please advise at point of booking if you require parking.
Located on the highly sought after Unthank Road, the apartment is set right within the heart of the vibrant and buzzing local community of the Golden Triangle. Consisting of excellent local shops and restaurants, including an quality local butchers, bakery, greengrocers and a range of highly reviewed bistro pubs and restaurants, the property is only a short walk to the city centre and Chapelfield shopping Mall as well as the historical Castle, Museum, Cathedral and the main high street. It is also only a short distance to UEA if you are visiting loved ones or attending an open day.
