With its open kitchen to living room floor plan, additional media room, and expansive outdoor lounge area, Casa Almendra is designed for ultimate relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a dining area with a locally crafted Guanacaste wood table. A brand-new water filtration system adds convenience to your stay, while a solar panel system and backup water supply ensure sustainability and comfort year-round. To complete the experience, a private chef is included to delight you with culinary experiences.

Sliding glass doors on both sides of the villa open to transform the area into a spacious outdoor living room, granting easy access to the pool and yoga deck.
