Chalet Kinou is a magnificent individual chalet, completely new, located opposite the Lachat ski bus stop, and in the immediate vicinity of the Bellecombe-Mont Rond connecting slope, with a possible ski-in/ski-out departure when the snow permitting. The village center is 5 km away. In winter and summer season, supermarket and restaurant next to the chalet.

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 connected village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to fully enjoy their vacation.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made up of several hamlets, each with their own particularity. Le Lachat is a very sunny area and a gateway to the Espace Diamant for good skiers. Be careful, car essential.

In summer, you will be close to numerous trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 3 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful panoramas of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are only 9km away.

The location of the chalet is central, since it is 15 minutes from Les Saisies, 20 minutes from Megève, Chamonix is 1 hour away, Annecy is 1 hour 15 minutes away and Geneva is 1 hour 30 minutes' drive away.
