This 25 m² studio apartment on the ground floor comprises an alcove in the entrance hall with two bunk beds (NB: children under 6 are not permitted to use the top bunk), a kitchen area opening onto the living room with a fold-down double bed, and a bathroom with separate toilet.
This flat is ideally located for your skiing holidays, at the foot of the Teret, Quarts and Reguet slopes, 50 metres from the ESF ski school, 50 metres from the ski lift ticket office and 100 metres from the centre and shops.
In summer, a private tennis court and outdoor swimming pool are available for tenants. The swimming pool will be open from 1 July to 31 August, from 10:30 [hidden] to 6:15 [hidden]
You can enjoy a large car park with free parking at the foot of this residence. This accommodation also has a ski locker.
This flat is classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation.
It is possible to rent an individual locked garage by the week in the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
