Stayed one night, check in fine, staff friendly, room was clean, quiet and well stocked, convenient for all city centre locations and chargeable parking available close by. All in all a nice stay, only negative was trying to get breakfast the next morning. No staff around anywhere despite a sign asking guests to wait to be seated. Eventually the few of us queueing gave up waiting and entered anyway, but we then struggled to find places to sit as many of the available tables were used and had not been cleared or cleaned. Nice breakfast though and plenty of choice.

We liked the location of this hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. The room was fine and although it was quite hot when we arrived a staff member very kindly offered to turn on the air conditioning for us. A minor thing but we liked the fact that the bath towels were a decent size unlike most hotels.

Overall not bad, the lobby area is nice but rooms don't quite reflect the same. Clean enough though. My main issue was the confusing shower setup. Ive been in many hotels across the world and this was the most confusing i have ever come across with no instructions and any arrows etc worn off. I had to settle for a cool shower with hot water from the tap burning my feet.

Not a Premier quality more average but location is good On check-in asked about disabled parking and was directed to the multi storie park which is not that accessible when the car park outside the door was available. Why? Because the discount was easier in the multi-storie whereas outside required the use of the NCP App. a) I’d rather pay extra if it means a shorter walk b) I maybe a boomer but, I still can negotiate an app give people the option Poor directions by the reception staff

Excellently located.

Excellent breakfast options. Towels were changed after first day although we would have been happy to keep for a second. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
