The Space:

Wake to the sound of waves drifting in from the shoreline and step outside to a private patio or balcony where warm coastal air sets an easy rhythm for the day. Just moments from the water, this beachfront condo at Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta offers space to spread out and settle in, with access to resort-style amenities and the comfort of a well-equipped home base.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to host up to 10 guests, the condo features 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 5 baths. Each space is set up for rest and privacy, with room-darkening shades, cotton linens, and clothing storage to keep things organized throughout your stay. A paid crib is available for those traveling with little ones.



Outdoor living & amenities

With waterfront surroundings and beach access nearby, days naturally unfold outdoors. Spend time by the outdoor pool or enjoy the shared sauna, all complemented by free resort access to additional facilities. Your private patio or balcony includes outdoor furniture and a dining area, creating a relaxed setting for meals or quiet moments in the open air.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers a dedicated space for preparing meals during your stay. A dining table makes it easy to gather together, while barbecue utensils are available for those planning to use the grill. Whether you’re starting the day with coffee or winding down with a meal, the layout supports easy, shared moments.



Comfort & essentials

The home is equipped with central air conditioning, a split type ductless system, and ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable indoor environment. Bathroom essentials, wifi, and a TV add convenience, while the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays simple and manageable.



Building & access

Located on the 10th floor, the condo is accessible by elevator. Guests enter through a lobby with building staff available 24 hours a day, and self check-in is supported for flexibility. A private entrance adds an extra layer of ease during your stay.



Parking & stay details

Free parking is available in the garage for one vehicle. Long term stays of 28 days or more are allowed, making this a practical option for extended visits.



Pets are not allowed.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Peninsula is characterized by its beautiful ocean view where you can enjoy the sunset.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

In addition, the condo has a great list of amenities such as Spa, Gym, Game Room and Cinema.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.



Other Things to Note:

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 8 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, of approximately 30 * dlls per person per night.



-The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.



-The amenities provided are for the sustenance of one night only.



-Barbecue is subject to availability and must be reserved 24 hours in advance.



-Parking is for one car only



-Pets are not allowed



-No guests allowed



-The amenities of the condominium, such as the pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay.







-The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.





-Electricity consumption:

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



-Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

-The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.





-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



Del Mar Accommodation works to provide you with the best service and a quality stay. We ask you to take into account that some of the elements shown in the images of this space may not be identical to what is physically in place, this, due to replacement for wear or damage. Your comfort and satisfaction is very important to us, so in no way will your stay be affected by these small changes. Also, we ask you to take into account that there are certain components in the photographs such as wine, fruit and flowers, which are not included in the site rental.
