The space

Designed for up to 4 guests, this 1-bedroom condo is arranged to make the most of its coastal setting. Natural light fills the open living and dining area through large windows, and room-darkening shades, air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace ensure you're comfortable no matter what the day calls for. A TV, Wifi, and a private entrance round out the practical side of the space, while the single-level layout and elevator access make moving through the property easy for everyone.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen gives you plenty of flexibility when it comes to meals. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking basics - plus dishes, silverware, wine glasses, barbecue utensils, and a dining table for sitting down together. Whether you're prepping a simple breakfast before the beach or cooking a full meal in the evening, everything you need is within reach.



Sleeping arrangements & bathroom

The bedroom features 2 beds and is set up to feel like a proper retreat after a day outdoors. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Bed linens, towels, hangers, clothing storage, an iron, and a safe are all provided to keep your stay comfortable and organised.

Aria Ocean's waterfront position is one of its strongest features. Beach access, a pool, a BBQ grill, bikes, a kayak, and beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - give you a full set of options for time spent outdoors. A washer and dryer, free parking garage on premises, free street parking, elevator access, and a single-level layout with no stairs in the home keep the day-to-day running smoothly. Luggage drop-off is also available for early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Location

Nuevo Vallarta sits within the Riviera Nayarit, a stretch of Pacific coastline known for its warm tropical climate, long sandy beaches, and calm waters year-round. The area is well suited to slow mornings by the water, sunset walks along the shore, and easy access to the broader attractions of Banderas Bay - all without the pace of a busier resort town.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no.__3__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
