Location: On Via Ischia, 700 meters from the town center and Via Litoranea, in a quiet and panoramic position. All major amenities, such as bars, supermarkets, and restaurants, are just a few minutes' walk away. The Bistrot delle Palme, located within the residence, offers breakfast, aperitifs, hot dishes (also available for takeout). Right in front of the Residence stops the free municipal shuttle to the beaches and to the town center, very convenient, also with evening trips.

First floor: Living room with sofa bed and pull-out bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower.
Upper floor: Large mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a single-door wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
