Staff in the front desk or in the office it's hard to talk to. He is not approachable honestly. We booked as early of July to make it sure we have nice and comfy room. But he gave us the older room and it is at the back of the lodge no separate parking. Even the fridge you can't put your food looks dirty. The room is no.59 we go call him and I said we cant stay here we want a comfortable room since we book early and we are 2 nights there. He said we don't have room. He kept me waiting. I said I want room in-front of your lodge the one that posted in your account. Thats why I booked here beacuse you have a cozy and comfy room.so he gave me no.6 room it is a big different to the room no. 59. Looks that guy is racist. Sorry to say but thats what we feel.

Nice place, a bit pricey. Good breakfast. But I had just lathered up full of soap I. Shower and the pressure dwindled to a dribble and then stopped. Told mgr. He came and said it was just a high demand time in the morning. I thought he might have offered me a discount on the bill. But no. And not overly apologetic. Probably wouldn’t go back

The room is clean but it’s not the room I booked. We booked a king bed with waterfront view but when we arrived they only had a room with 2 queens or a king bed with no view. The worst part is the water has been off since last night so we can’t shower or have coffee.

Lovely room - very clean. Quiet as can be. Beautiful view!! Gorgeous sunrises!! I definitely will return! (Free) Breakfast available in the morning. Nothing outrageous for variety but it fits the need! Great find for a waterfront motel.

Booked 5 rooms for a family wedding. Confusion on the names assigned to the rooms. Despite being told we didn't want our room cleaned, it was entered anyways. One of the rooms had gurgling brown water coming up from the tub. Quality of the finishing in the rooms itself is subpar. No strainer in the bathroom sink makes losing stuff a concern. Hot water in the shower inconsistent, temps would fluctuate on their own. On the plus side, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable...the view of the lake and the property itself is nice. The hot breakfast was overall decent, but disappointed with the lack of a waffle station and the "Mystery meat" bacon had no flavor. Overall experience was subpar...if there was no other place nearby available it would be fine, but otherwise I will seek out another location next time.
