Covered front porch with four rocking chairs. The cleaning fee includes all bed, kitchen, and bath linens, you just need to bring your beach towels. Be sure to add your dog to your reservation so the $75 pet fee will be added. High-speed internet, smart TVs/Rokus, and less than 2 miles to restaurants, grocery, playground, splash pad, dog park, music in the park, etc. Fully stocked kitchen for those who like to save a little money and dine in.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used dishes, pots and pans back in their proper place once cleaned.
Place used bath and kitchen towels on top of dryer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No more than 6 vehicles permitted on property. No RV parking. No parking in yard. No car maintenance (e.g. oil changes) or car/boat washing.
No smoking on premises. No parties permitted. Dogs should be on lease when not confined. Pick up and properly dispose of all dog poop.
No grills or anything flammable on decking. Grill provided can be used in yard away from house.
