Great room and staff. Breakfast manger was working hard to keep up with the crowd. Only issue was the washer on 5th worked but shut down right after our clothes were soaked. We had tot ale them out wet and go to the ninth floor to finish the load.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well cared for.
