Poor quality and no apologies from management

There was a bug in my room, the handle to the toilet was broke and there were stains on the curtains and shower curtain. When bringing up the issues to management they had an attitude with zero apologies. The people who were working the front desk were friendly, but not the manager.

Everything was fine * except * very poor WiFi. In the year 2025, how can a property so nice as this one explain how the WiFi was so weak in our room as to be unusable? Add to that the fact that T-mobile’s signal is extremely weak in this area, and we ended up with zero internet. The WiFi seemed good elsewhere in the hotel, just not around our room. We complained a few times. They offered to move us to another room, but too late at night.

Harry greeted me with the smile and a polite welcome ! He acknowledged my Honors member status and provided the room in the quiet part of the hotel, just like I requested. The stay was pleasant and the room was tidy and clean! I’ll definitely come back!
