Room was clean and comfortable. All the staff was nice and friendly except the young lady during checkin. She could have been a little more friendly. No issues with convenience.

The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay.

The room was wonderful and the location was awesome. The kitchenette in the room made the stay even better. The only issue was the lack of regular cleaning of the room. We used the same towels during our entire stay.

The staff was very friendly, very considerate. Special Omar he went out of his way to make sure we had a great hotel experience. The housekeeper Sarah was very polite, friendly the room was very clean and smell clean... Everyone from David Smith the G. M Tracey the A.G.M Brandy, the housekeeper, Ashly all so helpful and so polite to talk to . If you're looking for a home setting in a hotel, this is the place you have your own kitchen area and they have free washer and dryer. So you come with clean clothes and you leave with clean clothes. That was a big change from most hotels. We will be back.

Honestly the ONLY issue I had with candle wood is the fact that w request an extra pillow. When I got to my room to check in, the pillow was just laying on the floor outside the room as if they didn’t have a key to actually put it on my bed like a normal hotel.
