Located on 127th st bayside, this 3rd floor townhome offers a quiet stay close to the beautiful Northside Park, while still only a short walk to the beach. Be sure to check out the park's walking paths & fishing pier.
After a day at the beach, feel free to use the pool or enjoy one of the many restaurants nearby. Sun-free fun nearby include mini golf & movie theaters located just a few blocks away.

This 3rd floor one bedroom townhome features two queen size beds and a bathroom upstairs, a full kitchen and a living room with a pull out couch available for use downstairs. This townhome also has a washer and dryer within the unit.

The guest will have access to the entire unit, except for the owners closet located downstairs in the kitchen.

I am available to guests via text/call throughout their stay.

Quiet Bayside area next to Northside Park. This townhome is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Official time with a baby and two toddlers in tow was 4 minutes and 40 seconds.

This unit has a parking lot and there is a good amount of parking on the surrounding streets. Although having a car for some activities is recommended, it is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and Northside Park which features a playground. There are many restaurants within a couple of blocks to enjoy as well.

There is also a bus service that travels Coastal Highway in Ocean City.

This is a 3rd floor townhome and there is no elevator in this building. There is also a spiral staircase within the unit.

*No washing of cars
*Deposit trash in our dumpsters

House Rules
The person who booked the trip must be present for the stay or the reservation will be cancelled.

Furniture should not be rearranged. Please request assistance for any special requirements.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house or outside the house on the deck or property.

No crab/seafood boils or seafood deep fryers inside the house (deposit will be applied to deep cleaning).


No candles or other open flames allowed on property.

This is a quiet building with full time residents and ask that our guests keep noise to a minimum, particularly after dark.

This is a townhouse style condo so please acknowledge that there are stairs up to the unit and stairs (spiral) within the unit.
