The beautifully renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops — perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with a king bed in the primary suite complete with a private updated bath, and two full beds in the second bedroom. Whether you're spending your days on the sand or relaxing indoors, this unit provides everything you need for a stress-free beach getaway.

The 9400 Building offers everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.

Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $65.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Pleasant weekend retreat

The check in process and staff was wonderful! They were able to accommodate our late check with thorough instructions. The location is perfect with walking distance to the beach and ocean views. The beach wasn’t over crowded and all attractions, food, and any amenities were close by either by walking, car or public transport if necessary. Overall the rooms were clean and the functionality of the condo was perfect for myself, my husband, our 7 year old, 5 month old, and my mom. The anc worked perfectly, never ran out of hot water, and we opted for the linen package to save room in our car for travel. We did bring our own pack n play for the baby as well since we double checked prior to arrival and none are available on site. Only downfall was the rug that seemed to have lived a full life and the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but for a couple nights sleep it wasn’t the end of the world and definitely didn’t put a damper on our trip.
