Located on 131st street, the Braemar is in the family friendly area of North Ocean City. Here the traffic isn’t quite as congested, it’s not as noisy and the beaches are a little bigger. Being in a beachfront complex, you are only steps away from the sand and ocean. The outdoor pool and sun deck are a wonderful option for those that don't want to be on the beach. Two tennis courts are a great option for a little competition among friends and family. There is also a gym area to help keep that exercise routine going while on vacation. The game room will be a favorite for the kids. There is a couple of shopping centers nearby both with grocery stores. Numerous restaurants/bars are just a short walk or drive away. The family will enjoy other nearby options such as Northside Park. Their fireworks on Sunday nights are fun for the whole family. Also, several miniature golf courses, jet ski rentals, water park, go carts are just a short drive away!

This beautiful 3 BR 2 BA unit has views of both the ocean and the bay from two balconies! Inside the owner has beautifully furnished the living and bedroom areas. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and a huge 60" TV in the living room. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a pyramid bed with a full on the bottom, a twin on the top and a twin trundle underneath. The sleeper sofa is a queen. The kitchen features granite countertops and is ready to make those cost savings meals at home. There is a desk for those of you that will be having a "working" vacation and, of course, free WiFi.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* There is a $75 resort (per week of stay) fee paid to directly to the Braemar Towers at check-in and this will provide 1 uncovered parking spot. Fee is paid by check or with credit card.
* This condo is on the 9th floor. Braemar is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 132nd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
