This 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo is located on 9th street in Ocean City, w/ an outdoor pool, AC, full kitchen, cable TV with HBO, DVD, W/D, dishwasher, WiFi, spacious balconies with a peak of the bay. Downtown Deal is a 6 minute walk (.25 miles) from the boardwalk and beach. 9th street is close to all of the downtown hotspots - restaurants, bars and shops. and just 450 feet away from the 9th Street free fishing pier. Free parking for 2 cars. Smoking and pets prohibited. All linens provided.

The Space:
This unit DOES NOT RENT TO SENIOR WEEK GROUPS.
RENTERS MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OLD.

2 Queen bedrooms (1 sleeper sofa) with 2 full bathrooms available for families up to 6 people to come enjoy Ocean City, Maryland. Both a front and back deck to hang out and relax.
Living room and both bedrooms have a smart tv.
2 assigned parking spots.
Pool open - Memorial day - Labor day each year.

Your cleaning fee includes a complete linen package from Ocean City Linen rentals. - THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO BRING IS BEACH TOWELS.

Any messages or phone calls to manager will be answered during business hours - 8 am - 6 pm.
If you have any emergency - please call the police or fire department for assistance.

General Rules & Regulations

● Quiet Hours- No disruptive noise from 10pm-10am.
● Towels- Use towel racks provided on decks. Do not hang towels/clothing over
railings.
● Grilling/Barbequing/Electric Cooking- Prohibited on decks & in common areas.
● Rollerblading, Skateboarding, Bike Riding, Ball Throwing- Prohibited in lots.
● Parking- 2 assigned spots per unit. Display parking permit on windshield. Do not
block parking spaces or garage entries. Commercial vehicles are prohibited.


Swimming Pool
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY-Swim at your own risk. Hours: 9am-9pm
● Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times..
● Pool use is limited to owners, their guests & their renters.
● Pool tags are provided (6 per unit)- please have them with you at the pool.
● Please use outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the pool.
● Please abide by the rules posted at the pool, which include:
○ No Glass ○ No Smoking/Vaping ○ No Profanity
○ No Pets ○ No Food While in Pool ○ No Glass
○ No Diving ○ No Boogie Boards ○ No Loud Music

Miscellaneous

● Please keep all walkways & steps clear of beach items:coolers, shoes, etc.
● Dispose of all cigarette/cigar butts in a proper container. Do not toss on ground.
● Dispose of all trash in Park Place Dumpsters- do not place heavy items such as
appliances, chairs, TVs, etc. in community dumpsters.

*Owners are responsible for the conduct of their guests/renters at all times.
*Violations of the above rules should be reported to the property manager & condo owner.

Other Things to Note:
All linens are provided for you - towels, sheets, pillow cases, wash cloths, dishrags are included in your cleaning fee!

You just need to bring Beach Towels.
