Featuring a Penthouse Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill and even sometimes Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Comfortably sleeping a family of 8, you will love this beautiful, open floor plan with breathtaking Ocean and Bay Views. As you enter, you will find Bedroom 2, a Junior Suite, quietly tucked away from the Living Area with a cozy King Bed, Flat Screen TV, attached Bath with custom Walk-in Shower, and access to the private Bayside Balcony. The perfect place to relax and enjoy an Ocean City Sunset after a day of fun! And just wait till you see the breathtaking Bay Views right from the wall of windows! The Kitchen will delight the Chef in your family - beautifully renovated and well-stocked with all you need to make any mealtime a breeze. The Breakfast Bar is the perfect space to grab a quick bite before hitting the Beach or the Pool, and there is also plenty of seating at the Dining table, a great place for a family meal in, or to gather for a family game night. You can melt into the plush King Bed and enjoy the wonders of mother nature or relax and enjoy a movie on the Flat Screen TV. The attached Primary Bath has a custom tile Walk-in shower. Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $60 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance. Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival. Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email. Outdoor Pool is seasonal*

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted. There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
