You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

To complete your reservation, you are required to complete and submit the Lodging Agreement, Guest List as well as provide the driver's license of the person age 25+ who signs the Lodging Agreement to the owner. The email is beachlover85@verizon.net.
We are just 4 blocks from the beach and end of the Boardwalk. Within walking distance are bus and tram services, a variety of restaurants, stores, bicycle and scooter rentals, water sports and Jolly Rogers Water Park. A short distance away are more shopping and restaurant options, miniature golf locations as well as Assateague Island, Berlin and Delaware.
Our condo is available for family and friend groups as well as student groups of up to 8 guests. We request compliance with the Condo Rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. It is recommended that your pets are current on vaccines and flea/tick treatment. Please let us know the number of pets you will be bringing. Pet fees are $75 per pet Please ensure that you indicate the number of pets you are bringing.
Free on-site parking is available in the parking lot for only one vehicle per each unit. Violation is subject to towing. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles.
Free WiFi is included.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all amenities, including pots, pans, cookware, dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender.
Each Bedroom features a full-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk beds. Linens and towels ARE NOT PROVIDED but we do provide mattress covers, comforters and additional pillows and blankets. There is a towel and linen rental agency in the area - https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com.
The laundry room contains an iron and ironing board along with a dog / baby gate.
We provide 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels at the start of your stay.
Smoking is only permitted outside the condo. Please use the ash trays. Please be sure to pick up all trash outside the unit. The trash bin is located on the left front side of the parking lot next to the sidewalk. We do encourage recycling however you would have to drop off recyclable items at the lot across from Walmart.
There is a water hose on the left side of the house for rinsing off after your trip to the beach. A picnic table and charcoal grill are located in the back yard.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Ocean City Boardwalk. Free WiFi in public areas and laundry facilities are available. The condo includes amenities such as a kitchen and a patio.

Great great location. We will definitely book again. Perfect for us and our dog. Near the beach, walkable for date night with the hubs, they gave us beach chairs to use while we were there. It was clean, no smell, great communication with owner. Nice tranquil neighborhood. We will definitely do it again!

We had a great stay at this Ocean City rental! The property was clean, cozy, and just a short five-minute walk to the beach, which made it very convenient. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and attractions, and the host was easy to communicate with. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!

This place was dog friendly so was not expecting a lot, but only 2 forks, 1 regular spoon, 1 toilet paper, towels and trash bag. No dish towels or dish soap or laundry soap. Back bedroom shower only dribbled water and no WiFi. Unhooked dishwasher and extra table stored in condo. A place can be dog friendly but still be nice. This place was not that. It would take very little to upgrade this. I won’t be going back. Good location and quiet neighborhood.

Very nice spot for a getaway

I really liked the property and the location . Literally a few mins walk from the beach and boardwalk . Very clean and spacious . The host was very friendly and prompt when I called to ask a few questions . Would definitely recommend this place to other friends .

Short trip

Arrived, door code sent to me was wrong but was able to get in contact to get correct one quickly. Place was clean, there was alot of trash and hair under furniture. The floor of the shower in one room was messed up so we didnt use it but there was the other shower and that was fine. The smoke detector battery was dead so we had to deal with that for the night but it was fixed the next day. Good location for family especially if your bringing a pet. Overall with the few issues we had the stay was good and would stay there again

We loved the property and location. Very clean and property manager was great to work with. Loved that the property was very dog friendly…our pup was able to go on lots of walks on the quiet street. Grassy back yard was a plus for sure. Dog friendly patios at many nearby restaurants, within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Airshow approved

Just stayed the night to see the airshow. Place was just as nice as advertised. On a dead end street so super quiet and relaxed. Property manager was great and let us know when the place was ready, before check in time! Property well maintained and clean as could be. Location is right off the end of the OC boardwalk and convenient to everything. I’d stay there again. Highly recommend.

Comfortable & Affordable in a Great Location

Our unit was clean, quiet, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We had a parking space in the lot attached to the building, instead of on the street, which was also nice. It is in a great location for the places/activities in OC that we wanted to go to. It was just what I needed for our family of 7 :)

Convenient location and having 6 beds and 2 bathrooms was great for our extended family but I missed the listing details instructing us to bring our own bedding, towels, TP and kitchen soap. Communication and check-in was great.

Perfectlong weekend location

We stayed Friday-Sunday with a family of 6 (including 4 young adult kids). The location was perfect! Within walking distance to boardwalk, beach, mini golf, restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable and communication with Annmarie was some of the best ive experienced through VRBO. Would definitely stay here again!
