This was a great hotel for a family trip! The rooms were clean and housekeeping kept them clean throughout our stay. The pool was relaxing and the staff was very friendly! We’ll be going back.

The staff was excellent and facilities were clean. We had an oceanfront efficiency. We didn't have a stove, just sink, microwave, a small fridge and toaster oven. The room was really small and had a step down from kitchen area that we kept tripping on. The parking lot was very tight. Nice pet area. Great private balcony with awesome ocean view. Elevator was very slow during the day. Pool area was nice, but should have restrictions on what is allowed in the pool so everyone can enjoy. A group basically took over the pool throwing footballs. We realize this is more of a respect issue from that group, but it shouldn't be allowed and should be listed on the pool rules. Overall the stay was good and liked the free coffee in the lobby.

The views of the ocean and bay were amazing! The staff was polite and accommodationg. The only complaint we had was the elevator wait time. We were on the tip floor and took the stairs a few times to avoid the wait.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch—every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well cared for. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and they genuinely cared about our experience. Grace and Madonna at the front desk were exceptionally amazing and made us really feel like valued guests. The location couldn’t have been better—centrally located with restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. Yet, once inside, the hotel felt like a peaceful escape from the bustle outside. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. We especially loved the private balcony—it had quality, comfortable furniture that made it the perfect spot to relax in the morning or unwind in the evening while looking over the boardwalk, watching the ocean and listening to the waves and seagulls. Everything about our stay aside from the rainy weather was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

I really like this hotel. It was big enough for a family of 4 and I had a wonderful ocean front view. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It is nice walk from the main attractions in the boardwalk which I like because it was nice and quiet on our side. Would definitely recommend to others.

If you need a quick stay for a short period, this is your place. Quick check in process the staff is kind and quick. Not to mention it’s dog friendly! However the parking situation is super limited, during busier seasons it can get full to the brim which is unfortunate if parking is supposedly included in your stay, plus the spots are very tight. The walls are very thin so you will be heating everything and everyone from all angles of the room.
