The room was spotless and fluffy white towels supplied for bathroom needs of which there were two available on the floor. Dominic went out of his way to make a special pot of decaf coffee for us to have with our fluffy spinach souffle for breakfast. Easy walking distance to the beach also.

Ocean Park Inn is my choice whenever I visit Asbury Park. easy access to Asbury train station, beach and Ocean Grove and Asbury Main Streets for dining and shopping. Rooms are comfortable and very clean and common areas well maintained. Delicious breakfast and a very quaint atmosphere. The owners are very accommodating and friendly.

Shared bathroom made me skeptical at first, but wow you’d be surprised with how clean this place is. Place is scrubbed clean everyday. Location was super convenient and neighborhood is quiet. Don’t hesitate to book! I’ll be back for sure

Cheapest option in/near Asbury. But you get what you pay for! Friendly staff. Easy check in. 10 min walk to the beach bars. Sinks in the rooms are great, but I doubt I could convince a gal to share a bathroom with strangers.

The entire building is clean, bright and upgraded. The morning frittatas were delicious. I had a lovely experience and enjoyed my stay much more than another B&B I stayed at in Ocean Grove over Labor Day weekend. Thank you, Dominic!

Very quiet and clean room. The bed was quite comfortable. I did not observe any other guests during my stay so the shared bathroom was not of any concern. There is a full bath and half bath on each floor. The room had a sink. Dom made me some scrambled eggs for breakfast and the coffee was good and plentiful. I will stay here again.

The Ocean Park Inn is the absolute gem of Ocean Grove. Everything was perfect. I normally stay in Asbury Park but wanted a more relaxing vibe this time as I was down for a nursing home visit from Maine. The Bed and Breakfast is literally steps from everything in Asbury Park and the boardwalk and in the heart of Ocean Grove. Dominick is the perfect host with attention to every detail. The rooms are immaculate, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast during our 3 days was great and Dominick is a great cook, too. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away and all the restaurants and attractions of Asbury Park are a short walk away too. I highly recommend this Inn. My wife Lisa and I stayed at several B+Bs over the years and this is by far one of the best. We will definitely be back for future visits. Before arrival you will receive everything you need to know about your stay, too. My wife commented to me that Dominick really knows what he's doing and he offers the exact blend of friendliness and privacy for your trip. I agree with her 100%. We've added Ocean Park Inn to our favorite lists and we're sure you will too if you book a room. A perfect stay!

The Ocean Park Inn was amazing for our one night in Asbury Park to see a show at the Stone Pony. It's within walking distance of Main Street with shopping and dining options, as well as within easy walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk. We stayed in a double twin room and felt that it was spacious, clean, and convenient. The shared bathrooms were not a cause for stress at all (there was both a full bath with a walk-in shower and powder room on our floor). Our mattresses were also super comfortable, and all of the guests were very respectful of quiet hours. We would definitely stay here again and hope to visit Asbury Park in the future very soon!
