This beautifully updated top-floor villa offers an open and inviting coastal layout designed for comfort and connection. The living area flows seamlessly onto a large back deck where guests can take in sweeping sunset views along with both ocean and Intracoastal vistas. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig and drip coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender, and toaster oven, making it easy to prepare meals for the entire group.



The villa features four well-appointed bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Bedrooms one and two each offer king beds, providing private, restful retreats. Bedroom three includes a queen bed, while bedroom four is ideal for families or larger groups with a queen bed plus two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The home also includes five TVs with cable, DVD/VCR options, and free WiFi for entertainment and connectivity. A convenient elevator is located just outside the unit, making access to the top floor simple and effortless.



Guests enjoy access to the full Islander Resort amenities, including a short walk to the beach as well as the oceanfront Beach Club featuring a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and the Isle's Restaurant Tiki Bar. Community tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts add even more recreation options just steps away from the villa.



Located on the desirable West End of Ocean Isle Beach, the property offers a peaceful coastal setting while still being close to local dining, beach activities, and waterfront attractions. Guests can enjoy sunrise beach walks, afternoon pool time, and evenings watching the sunset from the private deck.

We cannot guarantee the communal elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. The HOA manages and maintains the elevator, not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not give refunds if the elevator is broken or unusable during your stay. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.



Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.



EV Charging is not permitted at the Islander Villas. Golf cart charging is permitted, no drop cords.



There is one pass for overflow parking, if pass it lost guest will incur a $100 fee for replacement.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:



Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.



**(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).



We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.



Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.



While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.



Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.



You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.



Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.



NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).



NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise.



Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.



Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.



We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.



While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
