Less than a mile from the water, Sandy Toes is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

This charming home has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Sandy Toes features a modern kitchen including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed and Smart TV.

There are two guest bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, the other with two twins. The property is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet.

There is a fenced-in backyard for those bringing furry friends and there is an outdoor seating area to relax and take in the Gulf Coast breezes. We also have a Weber Kettle grill, hammock, and outdoor seating to relax & enjoy the Gulf Breezes.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

While at Sandy Toes you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy. Description and photos of property are accurately described. We travel with our fur baby and the fenced in yard is perfect for him to enjoy. The location is also a plus , I walk to the beach(1 mile )with our dog and feel completely safe.

Everything we wanted and more. I loved walking in the back yard. WiFi was excellent, King bed was very comfortable. It is high up from the floor, so if you are short, like I am, 4’11”, you might need a stool. The couch was high end and made for great TV watching or lounging. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us with a small and non-shedding dog. We will definitely go back. We loved the gas stove for breakfast. We mainly ate out. I recommend Fairfield Italian restaurant. The neighborhood was so quiet and friendly. I could go on and on about loving my stay.

Lovely stay

Sandy Toes is just as described and provided a clean, homey place for us to stay while in Ocean Springs. Lovely big, fenced backyard. Quiet neighborhood close to East Beach (about 1 mile—we walked) and downtown. Davis Bayou Area of Ship Island Nat’l Seashore is less than 10 min from the house.We’d stay again.
