In the heart of The Village at Bear Trap Dunes, this three-level spacious 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath row home (with finished basement) is just a short walk from the golf course community's clubhouse with restaurant and The Village Pavilion (home to the community's pools, tennis courts and fitness center). The first floor - or main level - features the living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bath and master suite, while the second floor - or top level - offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The finished basement is home to a bedroom and a full bath, as well as a large family room/recreation area complete with TV viewing area, pool table and foosball. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 8 TVs, DVD, 5 Blu-rays, Wifi., board games, Keurig, gas fireplace, gas grill, foosball, pool table Note: Garage is available for storage only, not for parking. There is a large community parking lot behind this home. The property uses a programmable thermostat that includes preset temperatures (A/C is 65 degrees and up, while heat is 75 degrees and down), but can be overridden by the guest.
Community Amenities & Features: The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant.
Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year.
Cancellation Policy:Â
If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit from Rental Guest, then Rental Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing and receive written confirmation back from the Property Manager. Â

The following refund policy will apply:
A) A cancellation notice received from Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full. **
B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. **
C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund. **
**Â The Customer Service Fee, however, is not refundable under sections A, B and C above.
Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.
Outdoor Monitoring:Â The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.
COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
