Tämä upouusi kaksikerroksinen yhden perheen talo sijaitsee Ocean Way Estate yhteisössä 2450 neliömetriä asuintilaa ja on nyt saatavilla 2019 kesä vuokra erikoistarjouksia! On kaksi king-huonetta, yksi queen-makuuhuone, yksi lasten makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi kerrossänkyä ja yksi ylimääräinen vierashuone / parvi, jossa on yhden hengen vuode ja kaksi futonia. Talo on lapsiystävällinen täysikokoinen pinnasänky ja syöttötuoli. Lähes kaikissa huoneissa on älykkäät televisiot, joihin voit käyttää omia Netflix / hulu-tilejäsi, jotta voit nauttia näyttelyistäsi aivan kuin olisit kotona. Me tarjoamme viihde-kaapelikanavat kaapeli ja ilmainen wifi vierailusi aikana. Myös Wii-konsoli on sinulle vierashuone / parvi-alue. Liinavaatteet sisältyvät tähän vuokraan !!!!! Tämän talon sijainti on lyömätön. Se sijaitsee Sea Colony ja Beach Clubin takana Ocean Viewissä, DE. Se on vain muutaman minuutin päässä Bethany Beachin rantakadulta, jossa on paljon aktiviteetteja, kuten rantoja, pyöräilyä, kalastusta, ruokailua, patikointia jne.

Tämä talo on sisustettu kauniisti, ja siitä on avoin näköala ja korkeat katot. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on master-makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja tilava vaatehuone, kuningatar makuuhuone, lasten makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi kerrossänkyä. Kun kirjoitat taloon, näet kauniin kutsuvan kaarevan sisäänkäynnin, jota seuraa lyhyt eteinen, joka johtaa eteiseen. Sisäänkäynnin vasemmalla puolella on kuningatar makuuhuone, torni ja eteinen kylpyhuone. Kaaren ohi, vasemmalle on lasten makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi kerrossänkyä. Oikealla on pesutupa, jossa on upouusi Wi-Fi-yhteensopiva pesukone ja kuivaaja, jossa on pesuallas ja pääsy autotalliin.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa oleva suuri huone on valtava, ja siinä on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on korkea katto, kattotuuletin ja 10 upotettua valoa, täysikokoinen keittiö, ruokailuhuone, olohuone. Keittiössä on upouusi GE-ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, mukaan lukien kokki, jossa on 4 uunia, uuni, aitoa graniitti työtasoa ja tilava saari, joten voit kokata sydämesi sisällön. Tarjolla on runsaasti astioita ja hopeaesineitä sekä kattiloita, kattiloita, leivinlevyjä ja muita päivittäisiä keittiövälineitä. Talo on myös 2 auton autotalli ja 4 auton ajotieltä. Takapihalla on uusi kivetty patio, jossa on kaasugrilli, patio-pöytä ja tuolit. Talo tarjoaa ulkosuihkun huuhtele hiekan jälkeen hauskaa aikaa rannalla. Upouusi BBQ-liesi toimitetaan perheesi ruokailuun. Se on täydellinen paikka rentoutua ja pitää hauskaa perheen kanssa. Talossa on myös turva-avainohjattu ovi, joten sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia avaimesi viilentämisestä uimapuvussa!
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Bethany Beach Nature Center. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden yleisissä tiloissa ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

My overall evaluation is good. The house provided ample space for our family and was a short ride to the beach. Although we could get around it, my issue was with the cleaning. We found candy wrappers in one corner and the coffee makers were in desperate need of cleaning.

Very great place and neighborhood.

Check-in was seamless. The house is elegant and comfortable to stay. Everything needed for our stay was there. The house is close to the beach. The kids wish they could stay longer. It was very relaxing and homely. Thanks to the owner. We hope to be back sometime in the future.

Beautiful clean beach house

I was overall impressed with the cleanliness of the house. It was very spacious and beautiful. It was also located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was not that far from the beach or the boardwalk! My family was very impressed.

Awesome Stay

Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. I wanted to note that my husband is handicapped. He loved that there was a bedroom and a walk-in shower on the first floor and a beautiful open floor plan. It made it easy for him to get around in his wheelchair and walker. The 2 boys who are 15 and 16 year-olds rent bikes and they were able to go back-and-forth to the beach on their own.

Wonderful home away from home

We booked this property for the summer and loved it! Its a perfect sized (and spacious) home for 2 families. Home was clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Love that its close to everything — though by drive — we ended up visiting 3 boardwalks and even has a side trip to Cape May by ferry.

This place is clean, big, and quiet. It’s definitely more of a drive than walk to the beach. There’s lots of chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella, etc. there. Strongly recommend it.

Beautiful home

Everything was just as anticipated with a few exceptions. Renters should have a professional exterminator on a quarterly basis. There were ants on the kitchen counter and kitchen floor and also at the front door and front bedroom every day. Other than that, I would have been very happy with the house.

Amazing experience

My entire family and I spent the most amazing week here and enjoyed every moment. The house was super clean and even had paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. We had an issue with the dishwasher that was quickly and efficiently taken care of by the owner. Communication was a breeze. You can tell the owner has really thought about every aspect of the house. There are extra folding chairs and tables, beach toys, beach chairs, a wagon etc. The location was very accommodating. It’s right outside of the Bethany Beach limits but the drive to the beach was easy. There are plenty of stores nearby that made our stay easy and relaxing. Would give this house, our experience, and the owner 10 stars if we could!!!

Perfect Experience!!

Everything was really perfect. The beach was about a 5-10 minute drive away. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was more than enough space for everyone. The house is well kept and the host was super friendly. My family and I plan to visit again next summer!!

Great stay, clean and accommodating!

Very clean, well maintained newer house. Really liked the kitchen and all the storage, so you felt like you weren’t living out of your suitcase, but actually living in the home. Would like more lighting options so bright spotlights didn’t have to stay on in evening (maybe a coffee table, side table in main space), and more comfortable furniture in family room because that’s where everyone gathers… But this space is wonderful to share with a large family or a few friends.

Wonderful house close to beach, but communication problems with owner

The only problem we experienced was during the check-in process where the owner did not communicate with us until one hour after we were supposed to check into the property. She was very apologetic and gave us a $200 refund for our trouble, so I am not maliciously posting this review, but she does need to improve her communication with her clients. She needs to send the check in instructions to the client as soon as we sign the rental lease, so we have that peace of mind that we can check into property when we arrive. Otherwise, the house was clean and as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay there.

Bethany Beach Bliss

The house is very accurately described by the pictures provided. Spacious, clean, nicely appointed with near instant hot water for showers, modern kitchen appliances and sufficient TV's to satisfy multiple family members simultaneously should adverse weather keep you in. Beach equipment, beach toys, kitchen utensils, grilling equipment were never found lacking during our weeks stay. Everyone including grandparents (65+ yrs), parents (30ish) and children (5 - 10 yrs) were impressed with the house with the kids particularly enamored with something called the "Switch." Sleeping arrangements allow for adults to have privacy while allowing semi-supervised communal bunks for the kids. Location in a quiet residential and or vacation home community was great for us. The price point for the property appeared to accurately reflect the 20 minutes to the beach.

A quiet and easily accessible neighborhood at Bethany

This was really an ideal home for our joined families. We were a bit apprehensive about needing to drive to and park at the beach, but we managed easily each day to park quite close as long as we got there before 10. The house was lovely, clean, and an ideal set up for the four children with the bunk beds in the middle bedroom. The great room set up with the kitchen was also perfect. The outside shower allowed everyone to de-sand before coming into the house. Lots of restaurants close by, as well as easy access to the canal for kayaking. We recommend this home enthusiastically.

A good time.

We had a few hiccups along the way as far as communication ,but overall our stay was great. We had a great time and enjoyed the beach house. The beach is crowded and the town is small, but not far from other beaches. It’s a quiet neighborhood and our family loved that.
