The Secret Garden - G1 at North Coast Village

This exquisite retreat offers all the amenities of oceanfront North Coast Village, an absolutely gorgeous interior, yet it's very affordable! G1 is a beautifully remodeled cottage with a cozy fireplace, hard surface flooring throughout , leather living room furniture and a Smart TV.

The recently remodeled kitchen features new cabinets and quartz counter tops. It is equipped with dishes, pots, pans and flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The dining table area has seating for 6.

The primary bedroom has a new comfortable pillow top bed and is equipped with a 40 in Smart TV and complete blackout curtains. Enjoy your own private entrance, and a secluded, shaded patio to enjoy your very own secret garden!

Both bathrooms have been remodeled with custom tile. The secondary bedroom has two twin beds and complete blackout curtains.

When it's time to head to the beach, you'll find beach chairs and towels provided for you in the condo. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free high speed wireless Internet.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite vacation destination for vacationers from all over the world. The complex consists of nine three-story buildings on acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX!

Swim in the large heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Stroll around the lush tropical grounds with streams, waterfalls, Koi ponds, and beautiful gardens. In the evening, gorgeous colored lights create a magical atmosphere.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. At the end of the Oceanside Pier you'll find Ruby's, a fun family restaurant.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

Everyone in the family loved it!

The unit for our family get together was very nice! It was so clean, well equipped overall, quiet and very comfortable. A small box of Kleenex would have been handy. The grounds are beautifully managed and the location was ideal. With family living nearby, it was so convenient to have our small family visit. Loved the train rolling by as well. Ten o”clock check out carried some stress but, we made it work! We would rent again in the future. Having one fee that includes everything is appreciated. (Bathroom sink in MB drains very slowly so it would be good to address that.)Thank you for making it a pleasant vacation.

It was great stay, the place was clean and everything we needed was there. One place of improvement would be to provide clean fan. There are no AC which is ok, we had fan provided but they needed a bit of cleaning. Beside that, great place to stay we will come back!

Fun times!

We love going to Oceanside and staying in this community. It is beautiful grounds and pool. Our room was way nice. The masterbedroom had the most comfy king size bed, but the other bedroom had 2 twins with terrible noisy mattresses, that was our only complaint. They need new ones. Overall it was wonderful!!!

Rain forest hideaway

We really enjoyed the stay, the beach was a nice stroll through the property and the landscaping, water elements, fish and ducks were a plus. The pool was the perfect temperature after swimming in the cold Pacific. The cottage had everything you could want, the three fans provided really cooled it off at night. I would recommend this cottage to friends and family. Great location!

You can’t beat North Coast Village

Another great stay at North Coast Village! We love our trips to Oceanside and if you are staying in Oceanside, you can’t beat NCV. G1 was a fine unit with a responsive and professional management team. The condo was clean and super convenient to have an end unit right by the check-in/guard office. There is a train nearby, but it didn’t bother us at all…I only recall hearing it once the whole trip. The location of NCV is great…right on the beach. Great walks each morning to the pier and back. So many places to eat and the farmers market is a lot of fun. The only thing I wished for was some boogie boards in the unit. We ended up renting boogie boards, which was easy and convenient, but added $120 to our overall costs. I would certainly stay in this unit again, but I think next time I will lean toward a unit with available boogie boards for use.

Beautiful scenic, walk from the beach property!

This place was absolutely beautiful!! The house was well kept and perfect for our family! It was on the beach you just walk out the gate! The pool and hot tub areas were beautiful as well, and such a short drive from all amusement parks! We wish it didn’t rain on our last couple days we wouldn’t loved to use the pool more but we’ll def be back!!

Not a cottage, but a still a great condo.

Read the description carefully. This is titled as a 'cottage' but it is NOT a stand alone building as I think the word cottage implies. It is a condo on the bottom floor and end of a long building of condos. That being said, once I got over the disappointment of having attached neighbors upstairs and to the side, the stay was lovely. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the location is great, so close to the beach and harbor. We really enjoyed all of the amenities available at the North Coast Village.

Winter Getaway

Needing a break from the bitter cold, we escaped to the CA coast! Our first time staying in Oceanside and it did not disappoint. Plenty of eateries nearby and lots to do and see. The condo is in a good location and comfortable. The complex is secure and has lots to offer.

Condo was great. Well stocked with dishes, towels, toilet paper, etc. One of the few times I stayed somewhere and didn’t have to reach out for something. The only cons were the train and ants. The condo is at the very front of the complex next to the road and train tracks. We really noticed the outside noise the first night. We were good after that. Either got used to it or was so tired didn’t hear it. Lol! Ants are common in California. We had a few. But one day we got back and there were literally hundreds in the kitchen, on the stove, in the dishwasher. It was bad. But they had ant spray under the sink that worked great. We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are beautiful and right on the beach. We saw beautiful sunsets. Easy walk to the pier and. Marina. Love seeing the sea-lions and seals! Would definitely stay there again.
