Customer service was excellent. It was super convenient for a swim meet that we were attending. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is because you’re so close to the fwy and train track, it is a little noisy.

Staff Member, Omar, at front reception, was exceptional in his attention to details regarding this property. He answered questions before being asked. Such as, directions within the city, providing blankets and information as to the breakfast procedures in the morning.

It was noisy. We didn't have hot water for 2 days. The mattress was hard and the the pillows were way too soft and lumpy. The complimentary breakfast was the only thing that was good.

We had a nice stay

This location is close to many stores that we like. It is close to a couple good restaurants and our favorite coffee shop. It is less than two miles from the beach and other attractions. The pool and hot tub were in working order. The food in the breakfast room was good. We stayed in room 235 and the bed is not in all that good of shape. We choose this hotel because it was close to our family members.
