Good value if willing not to stay by the beach a few nice walkable supper spots. I recommend the Italian restaurant about a block from the property across the street very clean would stay again also great continental breakfast.

Our room was okay. The room was dusty, and very noticeable. So I wiped it down myself with a wet towel. The bed was uncomfortable and too hard. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location!

The bathroom/shower was nice and roomy. Hotel is nice and clean and friendly staff. Odd experience: Cleaning staff came in to clean the room and made one of two beds, and moved the alarm clock from the nighstand and put it in a drawer.

Overall we would stay again. Great location for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. Overall pretty quiet unless you have heavy feet above your room, which we did. Breakfast area was large and you never had to wait for a place to sit. Selection good as well. Didn’t use maid service but staff was friendly.

The room was in very horrible condition. The floors were cracked and sagging to the point where you didn’t know if you were gonna fall through the floor or not. Paint was peeling off the walls. Paint was peeling off the doors. When I went to go in to go to sleep the first night and turn back the covers there was a cockroach crawling across the pillows. I went to the manager the next morning and told him and he said there was no refund. I did not stay there the second night and had to go get a room in another hotel.
