Take in the views while drinking your morning coffee or eating breakfast at the balcony table as you enjoy being warmed by the sun on your south facing balcony.

The dining area comfortably seats 6 in case you feel like entertaining guests during your stay. There are also 3 additional spots at the bar for quick bites.
LIVING AREA
The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements for 4+. Relax in either of the large couches or the recliner and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TV. Cable TV is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a beautiful marble fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The luxuriousness of the unit continues into the bathroom with a gorgeous custom tiled walk-in shower and separate double sink vanity.
SLEEPING
D108 is set up to sleep 4 guests with two queen-sized beds in the Master Bedroom. The bedroom also hosts two large dressers, a closet, and a large Smart TV with cable. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This way, no matter your group configuration, there's a set up that works for everyone.

D108 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2)
This unit is unique because it also includes an en-suite washer and dryer, which is a rarity for North Coast Village.
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

D108 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach.
