Graduation trip with family

Bright, sunny clean and overall lovely, quaint property. Great location near the beach and 20 min to San Marcos university. Beautiful backyard oasis. Tight for party of 10 but would be perfect for 6-8. Great communication from host. Really enjoyed hope we get to return.

Fantastic house and location

Modern and Comfortable Home

This home is beautiful and we enjoyed the many details that went into making sure guest have great stay. The side yard shower was amazing when returning from the beach, especially with kids! We enjoyed relaxing around the fire at night and the beautiful cafe lighting. We scootered many places around Oceanside and even rode the bike lane down to Carlsbad for dessert with the kids.

Excellent Property! Great Location!

We're a little slow in getting this review up but what a wonderful visit we had to the area thanks to staying here. Walking or driving it's close to everything. We walked to the coast and for coffee whenever we wanted. Driving to nearby towns, Escondido- Carlsbad ect.. so easy and so many wonderful restaurants. The house is great too. Comfortable and clean. We were 6 adults and all enjoyed it. Thank Yo so much for making such a nice property for us to visit. Joe and Francine

Perfect for our Family of 7

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It met all of our needs perfectly for our Christmas vacation! Our group was comprised of 3 adults and 4 teenage girls and it slept all of us very comfortably! We had quite a few meals in and we had everything that we needed! We would definitely love to return to this gem!

A wonderful Thanksgiving/Soccer Weekend

The "perfect" place for our family to stay and celebrate Thanksgiving and attend several soccer tournaments (Surf Cup Sports Park Del Mar & Silverlakes Sports Complex Corona) for my grandchildren. The backyard was so enjoyable for all of us. The ability for the family to walk to restaurants and the beach from the house was pleasurable. All the beds were very comfortable and seating throughout the house was perfect. A special "thank you" for providing a new Cuisinart Roasting Pan for our turkey along with all utensils needed for our dinner. We missed having a dishwasher, but it brought back memories of times when we didn't have one and we all chipped in and helped. We also used the outdoor grill to cook dinner one night. The Apple TV was a bit challenging for myself and the other Grandmother, but my "techie" son and grandkids figured it out. Yes, the place was delightful and "perfect" for us to enjoy.

BEAUTIFUL home for families in great location.

The backyard was a great place to relax and let the kids play. We took a short walk to the ocean and drove to Buccaneer beach to let the kids play in the ocean. The beach was small but fun for all ages with a park across the street. Great location.

Gorgeous, sparkling clean, fabulous location!

We LOVED every minute in this super clean, brand new, comfortable, spacious, well located house! We had plenty of room to stretch out, a split floor plan for easy sleeping, even w kids, and 5 minutes to everything. The backyard is a bonus...perfect for relaxing, for the kids to play, and al fresco dinner. We LOVED our stay! And Janet was so accommodating and sweet. We can’t wait to come back! 😁
