Siellä on iso olohuone, joka avautuu rantapaikalle, keittiö, jossa on graniittitiskit ja kaikki tarvittavat laitteet, sekä kaikki mitä voit pyytää kokkiisi ryhmällesi. On olemassa kaksi erittäin tilavaa makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa on oma kylpyamme ja ylimääräinen mediahuone, jossa on täysi kerrossänky, jossa vyöryä ja taulutelevisio. Right on the beach.

We had some issues with the property. Hot tub leaked and had to be replaced, the TV quit and had to be replaced and the front door lock/and or code didn’t work. The staff was very responsive and came out to change the hot tub and TV. We never said anything about the front door lock because we used the back door. Also, oven numbers don’t work. Couldn’t adjust oven temp. Location was ok but not good for kids as there is no beach. No phone service for AT&T users. Had to go outside to make calls. Nice place to stay.

Oceanfront Bliss

This property is gorgeous and very enjoyable. It was so exciting to have a front row seat to the ocean waves crashing against the rocks. Our bed was super comfortable with nice bedding. The hot tub, propane heater and bbq worked well. There aren't a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, but they do deliver. No food (coffee) in the unit except for spices. For the first couple of days, we had no internet, but when we were finally able to contact the management company, they repaired. The garage parking for this unit is tricky and complicated. It is a cage/lift that goes underground. We had to call the management company to instruct us how to work it. I suggested that they develop a video to send to guests, pre-arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time, just relaxing. The kids could beach comb when the tide was down. You have to walk a bit to get to sand you can build a sandcastle in, but not a big deal. The unit was nicely appointed and stocked. It even had beach towels. We enjoyed the spa and fire pit. Bedrooms didn't have TVs in them, but when you have a view like that who's watching TV. The fridge had a leak with the filter but it was taken care of immediately. Great service. The only down side about being on the bottom floor is that we had noisy upstairs neighbors 2 of the 3 nights. Thin floors? or just heavy footed kids running an jumping? Also to be noted, there is little to no cell service on the beach, and the wifi was slow for streaming. This was not a big deal for us, but may be for others. Either way it was a wonderful place to unwind.

Overall Ok

Overall, our stay was ok. The condo and location were great (that kind of goes without saying).I'll start from when we first arrived after having this booking for a couple of weeks ahead of time. We unload our vehicle and are anticipating to have a parking spot in the garage (on a lift) as stated on the listing and all of the check in materials. We were left with no information on how to operate the lift, nor given the code to be able to operate it. After calling the office for help, they stated they were sending someone out to give a tutorial and provide the code. 2 hours of standing in the driveway waiting for said person to show up, I receive a text stating that "someone showed up and because no one was home they had to come back at a later time and to feel free to find a spot on the street to park." - This was a Saturday night and the streets were packed. Once we were settled in we found two separate seating areas that had (what looked to be) buggers smeared on the wall - we then avoided these areas. On day two the people above us left so the cleaning crew went in to clean the above unit. This led to the washing of the front glass. Dirty, soap water was spilling over to our patio below as we were in the hot tub and seated on the patio. I've tried countless times to communicate with management and see if there was a way for them to help rectify our experiences, also to have a conversation even before me posting a negative review but still have heard nothing back.

There is NO CENTRAL A/C.

We rented this property for a babymoon during COVID times with our 2 dogs. I asked the owner and then the management company 3x in total if there was A/C and they said yes. Prior to checking in I requested the A/C be turned on before we got there and they said that would not be a problem. Needless to say the management company had to send someone there to tell me there was no central A/C, only 2 rooms carry individual A/C units. This is false advertisement of this rental property as one of the biggest reasons we got it was because it said it had A/C. This makes it very uncomfortable as we went during one of San Diego's hottest weeks. You would be ok if you went any other time than the summer. It is very accessible to the beach and pretty pet friendly. Very spacious and pretty, could fit 2 families. However, I am not sure if it was just the weekend we were there but there were many 20 year old parties going in the neighbors houses, hearing "shots" at 1am is not what I expected. The power ended up turning off both nights we were there. The owner obviously was not in control of that, however he did not answer the phone and only texted us that it was not under his control could not even bother to give us an update from SD&G (I had to call them myself multiple times). The fire alarms were going off non-stop and that is what we needed help with (we unplugged them ourselves). Then the morning of check out we still did not have power and because you have to park your car underground with a lift that uses electricity we could not get our car out. I needed to get out of there and had my husband take an uber home and pick me up with our other car and we had to leave our car in the building trapped along with other stuff that we could not fit in our smaller car. The management property was not really accommodating and even though we had gone through a really rough night demanded I pick up my car before 2 pm and was not really accommodating to my request of having the cleaning crew wait outside while I pick up my stuff so I don't get exposed to a bunch of people. This was not the vacation I envisioned and while a lot had to do with the power being off I felt like I was mislead in terms of what this property offered (central A/C) and a management company that has a good communication with the client. Will never be renting this property again or any other property that is managed by Beach Front Only Oceanside Vacation Rentals.

Great time!

Visited here for a family vacation and had a great time! Maybe a 3 min drive to the beach and a 5 min walk. Very close to the pier! Had an issue getting into the room but the property manager responded within seconds. Overall great time!

There should be instructions posted in a place other than your app. The app didn't provide details just said car lift.Also beach was not accessible by foot, we had to drive due to construction in front of condos.

A bit disappointing

Reviewer Comments: The good.. - The view was beautiful and we saw dolphins jumping around in the ocean- Wonderful location and in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. - Very spacious unit with all utensils, spices, towels, etc. needed for your stayThe not so good... Interior: The unit is very beat up. It needs fresh paint, there is a hole taped up on the kitchen ceiling, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the AC units were taped into the windows with duck tape and lastly there was something that look like blood on the bottom of the trash can. It just felt neglected and in dire need of updates. Exterior: The hot tub feels misleading it was soft with no where to really sit making it an uncomfortable arrangement. The parking was also extremely challenging as the garage door did not open from the outside (maintenance said it was a known issue) which was very problematic since you needed to open/close constantly to park in the underground parking spot. Also, thankfully we had a small car, but it seems irresponsible to not warn ppl they would be parking in an underground spot as the alternative would mean we would to have parked outside of walking distance from the unit.

Home away from home

What we loved most about staying in a house/condo, as opposed to a hotel room, was the freedom we all had to be in our own rooms, sleep & wake up whenever we wanted without disturbing any family members, and having a place where the kiddos could play outside while we watched them. This place was impressive! We were very lucky to be on the bottom floor - which is something I should have investigated better - because kids running around would have disturbed renters below, if we had been on any floor above. The amenities that came with the bottom floor were amazing! We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and immediate access to the sand, where the kids loved to play! The only issue was the tricky parking situation with the elevator cage. Everyone seems to have the same problem with it. My son had to have several people guide him into the cage because the car mirrors had to be closed for the car to fit, making it difficult to navigate backing in. Our rental car was so long, it almost didn't fit! Needless to say, we didn't drive anywhere until the last night. We found parking on the street so we didn't have to deal with it again. Other than that, everything we needed was provided! We truly felt like it was our home away from home, and we would definitely rent here again! :) I have also referred several of my friends to this property.

Great location

+ clean, excellent view, walking distance to the beach, staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, relaxing hot tub, convenient store and restaurants close by - no privacy with neighbors above and beside you, beach access is right through your back patio, phone reception very poor, unable to use baby monitor through the walls, 1 car parking only (although easy to find parking on the street)

Good location.

Very nice condo with plenty of room. The pier is about a mile walk. There is a small market a couple blocks away. We walked to restaurants by the pier and on the main drag. It’s a short walk to the beach.

Reviewer Comments: This place is a perfect haven for families who love the beach most especially when your about to open your sliding door and the smell of the ocean breeze catches your breath. Very spacious and all the household amenities are all in place so there is nothing to worry, just enjoy your stay. Caretakers are just a phone call away and in matter of 3 minutes they are right in front of the house for service. I would 100% recommend this place to all my fellow veterans, doctors and nurses friends. Thank you beachfront!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was at beach level - right on the ocean. The waves were crashing on the rocks in front at high tide. Be aware that there is no beach directly in front of the house; the water runs right to the rocks. However, there is beach access within several hundred yards, and the city pier is 8 blocks away - a 10 minute walk.The property was modern, clean, and in excellent condition. It is well stocked with dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils. The bedrooms contained king, king, and standard beds. The kings had ensuite bathrooms. Only the master BR had a closet. Evidently, in Oceanside you can call a room a bedroom even though it doesn't have a closet.There were a couple minor maintenance issues: the lights on the microwave above the oven were burned out; and the fan in the hallway bathroom stayed on only about 30 seconds regardless of what the timer was set at. The issues were so minor that they didn't warrant calling the property agent, but there was no form for feedback to note these issues.The most frustrating shortcoming was that there were no written instructions for anything on the property. Although many items of interest (checkin, checkout instructions, trash location, house rules) were posted to the mobile app, nothing was written and collected in a notebook, such as one finds in hotel rooms. For those of us who don't have our nose stuck in a phone all the time, this was inconvenient, to say the least. There were absolutely no instructions for operating the TV and cable box - either written or online. I had to call the management company to find out how to tune in ESPN! This was totally unacceptable. The parking lift utilized by unit #3 was somewhat of a pain. It took extra effort to park the car in the garage. Finding a parking spot on the street was not difficult, although guests are discouraged from doing so.In totality, a very attractive accommodation, with some minor vexations; enough bring my overall rating down to 4 stars.
