This downstairs residence is part of a thoughtfully designed single home. The upper level is a completely separate unit and may also be occupied during your stay. Each space has its own private entrance, and the home was designed to allow guests to enjoy their stay comfortably and independently. The hot tub is shared with both rentals.
The lower level features a bright and open living area with two comfortable sofas, a large Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a table for sixâperfect for playing games or relaxing after a day of outdoor adventure. The dining area also includes a table for six and is accented with beautiful field and floral artwork that adds a warm, inviting touch. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a kitchen island with seating for three. Guests will also appreciate the additional coffee station and desk nook with storage, ideal for remote work or extra prep space.
This level includes three cozy bedrooms, each featuring rustic mountain décor. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a large dresser, and a comfortable chair for reading or relaxing. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double closet, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds and a spacious closet. The downstairs unit has two modern bathrooms. The primary ensuite features a beautifully tiled shower in warm marble tones, a vanity with single sink, and a toilet.
