Ostimme tämän kodin toukokuussa 2019 ja olemme olleet erittäin kiireisiä valmistamaan sen valmiiksi vuokrakaudeksi. Talo on nyt valmis käytettäväksi uusilla vuoteilla, vuodevaatteilla, maalilla, uusilla huonekaluilla ja kaikella, mitä tarvitset nauttiaksesi Ogunquitista.
Olemme lähellä kaikkea, mikä on Ogunquit!
Talo sijaitsee 2 kadulla Amoire Breakfastin ja Admiral's Innin takana (hyvin lähellä Ogunquit-leikkimökkiä). Se on 1/2 mailin päässä Ogunquitin keskustasta, 8/10 mailin päässä rannasta ja 1 kilometrin päässä Perkins Coveen. Pysäköintipaikka on 4-5 autolle (älä pysäköi kadulle, sinut hinataan). Kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta, joista kaksi on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, toinen on toisessa kerroksessa ja yksi kolmannessa kerroksessa (3. kerroksen makuuhuoneessa ei ole vielä ovea). Kodin ulkoasu on erilainen, joten olen lisännyt videon, josta nähdään, missä eri huoneet ovat. Katsokaa sitä, mielestäni se selittää paljon.
Siellä on 3 isoa näyttötelevisiota. Kaapeli-TV ja nopea langaton internetyhteys ovat mukana. Meillä on vanhempi Windows-pohjainen tietokone vieraiden käyttöön sekä langaton ilmantulostin / skanneri, jos sinun on tehtävä töitä. Liinavaatteet ja täysin varustettu keittiö ovat myös mukana.
2. kerroksessa on jaettu vaihtovirtayksikkö ja 3. kerroksen makuuhuoneessa on liikkuva vaihtovirta.
Yhden makuuhuoneen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on queen murphy-sänky, toisessa on kuningatar kuningatar ja täynnä täysi kerrossänky. Toisen kerroksen makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kylpyhuone. Kolmannen kerroksen huoneessa on 2 queen beds. Jos olet 3. kerroksessa, sinun täytyy mennä ensimmäisen kerroksen kylpyhuoneeseen. Korjaamme tämän ongelman, mutta se ei ole valmis ennen kautta 2020. Meillä on iso kannella kaasugrilli ja mahtuu 10 henkeä. Siellä on kolme suurta televisio-TV: tä, yksi ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, yksi pääasiassa olohuoneessa (2. kerros) ja yksi 3. kerroksen makuuhuoneessa. Takapiha on pieni, mutta siinä on chiminea.

Tupakointi kielletty talon sisällä. Viihdytämme hyvin käyttäytyviä pienempiä koiria (lähetä sähköpostia ja kysy). Vuokrattavana on lauantaista lauantaihin. Liinavaatteet, tyynyt ja kylpypyyhkeet toimitetaan.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Marginal Way. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Check in was very easy. The house was clean and had everything you needed. The only thing we didn’t care for was the deck couch as it was uncomfortable with the low back and a lot of stains on cushions. Some plastic chairs that can be washed off or wiped off would have been nicer. Walk to town and beach were doable just a tad far for some people I would think. Tons of beach chairs and beach umbrellas. We brought our own as we weren’t sure if enough and didn’t know about umbrellas. We don’t know about umbrella on deck either. That was nice as it was super hot. Back yard was nice and shaded.

The property owner was very responsive, the home very clean and WELL stocked with everything you may need for dinners, towels, going to the beach, etc.. The home was within walking distance to town and all of the shops, which was a big hit for all ages. Ice cream was near by too :)

Family Vacation

This was our 3rd time rent this property and we had another wonderful vacation. The house is very spacious and gives us plenty of room for everyone. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with lots of pans, dishes, etc.. Communication with Kyle was very easy as he always responds quickly. Location is great as it’s an easy walk to town and a little longer to the beach. The only small thing I would suggest is new cushions outside as they are worn and a bit dirty.

Perfect place

The place was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Was very spacious and great back yard and deck. Also added perk was all the toys and games for the kids and highchair and baby gates. Highly recommend this place for anyone with young or older children. Wonderful Accommodations

I stayed with several family members over a holiday weekend. The house set up was perfect for us. We loved the deck, large family room and couch, extra TV room so we could really spread out and tons of parking. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house was well stocked with more than just essentials, including books and toys that my daughter was more than happy to explore. We will definitely book again!

Perfect size and location for our family

Enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and walkable location. We walked to the beach with a beach cart, restaurants and Perkins Cove. Nice and private road. Had one issue with the lock and got an immediate response. Outdoor space was nice to sit and read a book.

Perfect Setup and Location

The home was exactly as it is described and was perfect for my family of 4 and a 2nd family. The layout provided each family with their own space/bathroom and common areas to gather and hang out. The proximity to the center, the beach, the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove was phenomenal and we were able to walk everywhere. We would recommend and hope to stay again next summer!

Perfect Maine Getaway!

We had a fabulous stay at Kyle’s property. He was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The home was equipped with everything we could have needed (and more! My kids are always pumped to find toys and games they can play with!). The weather was off and on (as is typical in NE) but we were fully stocked for a rainy pizza night indoors and hauling chairs/towels/and sand toys to the beach when the sun came back. This would be a great spot for two families with the dual kitchen setup and also the 3rd floor sanctuary upstairs for peace and quiet. The location is also perfect- walkable to the downtown area and marginal way, though our smaller kids preferred to drive on the hotter days. 5 stars and we’d definitely return!

Great family home off the main road but close to downtown

This house was perfect for our extended family trip to ME. Plenty of space for all. The house was well stocked with towels, linens, paper goods, etc. The weather was brutally hot and the AC really made all the difference. Would definitely book again if we come back to the area.

Family Vacation

This was our second time renting this property and it was wonderful! Everyone had a great time.. We love the space it gives both spread out and come together in the large kitchen, family room and deck. It’s proximity to town and the beach is also ideal. Communication with Kyle was easy and we were happy to be allowed to drop off our food before officially checking in. Hope to rent again in the future!

Great house- Great Location

In 20 summers in Ogunquit this was the best house we have stayed in. The house was in great shape very family friendly beautiful deck and great room for the family to hang out and they provide everything in terms of towels, sheets, paper goods etc. so you don’t have to spend time stocking up. Owner responded immediately and came to fix issue with lock within a day. House is in great location- easy walk to town and beach. Highly recommend this house!!

Wonderful Getaway!

This was the perfect house for our grown family. Everybody (6 adults) felt they had space to be together and some quiet area when needed. The house was immaculate and comfortable. This was by far one of the best houses we have rented as a family! Great location. Walking distance to everything.

We had a terrific vacation at the house. Kyle, the owner was quick to respond with any questions, with all linens, cleaning supplies and so much other provided, it made it that much more relaxing. Highly recommend this property for vacation!

Loved the location. Close enough to walk to the Beach & Downtown. Lots of space & amenities.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was provided plus lots of extras. Three floors were challenging with small kids but comfortable. Lots of beach towels, blankets, linens were provided. The only thing missing was grass & a small yard for kids to play. Great setup for a large family with teenagers or college kids. Cooking & grilling were excellent. Air conditioning was great.

Great stay

This property was in a great location for walking to town! Beach was a little far to walk with small kids but could easily be done without. House has EVERYTHING you could need & with a lot of space and well maintained. Only thing there are a lot of steep stairs with older adults and a baby (the baby gates which were provided didn’t quite to the trick) A door at the top of stairs would have made this the absolute perfect stay. We hope to get back again!! Thanks for everything.

What a wonderful place to stay!

My family had an amazing vacation in Ogunquit and this house was perfect for us! Comfortable beds, awesome deck, and so well stocked for everything we needed (toys, books, linens, things for beach, etc). It was so clean and had plenty of room for us too. It was also a great location to get to the beach and restaurants, plus a very quick drive to Perkins Cove. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends!
