Tässä yhden tason vuokrauksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa queen-size-vuode ja yksi kylpyhuone, jossa on seisova suihku. Avuksesi on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu samalla tasolla kuin muu talo. Lisäosana saat nauttia peek-a-boo-näkymistä Perkins Coveen ja Atlantin valtamereen takakannelta, ruokasalista ja yhdestä makuuhuoneesta.

Sijainti:
Viiden minuutin kävelymatka Perkins Coveen, josta löydät erilaisia kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Poukamasta voit kävellä Marginal Way -linjaa pitkin, missä on vain pieni vuoroveden ranta .7 mailin päässä kiinteistöstä. Lisäksi laelta voit ottaa vaunun 1. 2 mailia Ogunquitin päärantaan, joka on noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Fantastic Perkins Cove Property

We had a wonderful stay. A clean, quiet and cozy property located just a brief walk to the Perkins Cove footbridge (and therefore lobster). The air conditioning was welcome since it was quite warm out. Very happy with everything!

Great Family Vacation!

The cottage is in a quiet yet convenient location! Short walk to Perkins Cove and all if the great shop and restaurants to enjoy along with easy access to the Marginal Way. The property is clean and well equipped with in-unit washer and dryer, AC in all rooms and nice living space. We really enjoyed our family vacation and will definitely be back!

Great location in Perkins Cove

This cottage was a short walk from Perkins Cove and town. The amenities were fine and the unit was very cosy. The manager responded to any questions that we might have had immediately. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in Ogunquit I highly recommend it!

Cottage at Perkins Cove

The week at the cottage was the BEST week we have experienced in Maine. The cottage was conveniently located within walking distance of Perkins Cove which had restaurants and a very quaint shopping area. Ryan, our host, checked to insure everything was going well and the extra amenities were welcomed and appreciated. The cottage was very cleanly kept with a nautical theme throughout.

Perfect home for our end-of-summer stay…

This small Perkins Cove cottage is a gem! Short walk to the cove’s bridge and lovely town. Very cozy and equipped with many modern amenities. Loved the new washer and dryer, comfortable beds, plush linens, and A/C/heater in multiple rooms. Unusually clean and well supplied for easy meal prep. The bathroom is surprisingly comfortable, including the new shower. We look forward to returning some day! The host, Ryan, provided helpful information about the house and community. Great vacation cottage in all ways.

Perfect Location....Perfect get away

This was our first time in this area of Maine. I was looking for a place where I could walk to the ocean and sites. We chose this home and we are so happy we did. The condo was beyond spotless!!! The location couldn't have been better. We could walk to Marginal Way, and Perkins Cove. I loved being able to get up for sunrise and walk down just a few steps to the footbridge that takes you to an amazing world. The condo was perfect. It was tucked away among the trees and we could hear the surf pounding on the beach. We totally recommend staying here. Ryan was there via phone to answer any questions. We definitely want to return and in our dreams retire here one day. Thanks Ryan for providing the perfect home in a most amazing spot in Maine.

Great location and house!

Such a nice area to visit. Short walk to quaint seaside town with places to eat and shop. Many places to drive to up and down the coast. The house is beautiful and was just right with 2 bedrooms and one bath. Peek-a-boo view of the water. 2 convenient parking spaces. Having the Keurig and pods supplied was great! The instructions were a little confusing (from multiple sources) and checkout expectations a little high (having clean dishes from dishwasher put away and laundry started before leaving). And be aware that there might not be all the supplies you'll need (no soaps in the shower or Kleenex). It is not "fully" stocked as some rentals are. We made due for the 3 nights we were there. Might want to check supplies before going food shopping. Overall was a really nice stay! The

Well Beyond Our Best Expectations!!

This was a first time long-term rental for this property according to the rental agent. It is a jewel! Great space, fantastic location, amazing amenities. In-house laundry, decent sized bedrooms (2), a large living area, and a small but well-shaded back deck for cocktails before dinner. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and relatively modern. Two parking spaces included. Near to Perkins Cove (a short walk over the drawbridge) with access to the trolley line insured plenty to do at any time of day or weather. We were close enough to mingle when we wanted, and sheltered enough to also have privacy and quiet. This was a four-week working vacation - I worked, while my family enjoyed rest and relaxation. I was able to take my work and a chair up the Marginal Way for an ocean-side "office" for hours on end - which made working much more palatable! We would HIGHLY recommend this property, for up to 4 people, for long- or short-term stays!

Very enjoyable stay

Exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable.Probably not for children as there is no yard but 2 nice decks The location within a few minutes walk over the foot bridge to Perkins cove is wonderful . Located within a well treed area on a quiet side road with absolutely no traffic, it is very quiet and we enjoyed many times with coffee, drinks or a book ( tablet) on the front porch in the shade. Two large beds, a small but clean bathroom with a good shower, quiet wall A/C in all rooms, excellent WI/FI, large TV with basic cable and a well appointed kitchen. Washer, dryer but no dishwasher. Who cares when most meals can be taken in one of the many restaurants, several within walking distance. With the hot weather we occasionally used the A/C which works well and is very quiet, but we enjoyed the fact that all the windows are screened and can be opened to let in the breeze from the sea while we were at home or at night.. Of course, we took a daily walk to Ogunquit along the wonderful marginal way. This is a 1 mile long paved walking path from Perkins cove to Ogunquit, with spectacular view of the ocean, coves and beaches as well as the many flowered gardens along the way. We often took the walk for a 10 am cafe/croissant at the Roses bakery downtown. You can also go for a swim along the marginal way in the little coves , supervised, at low tide, but the water is cold (15C). Many good restaurants for various tastes to be chosen from Perkins cove all the way to Ogunquit along the streets.

Perkins Cove beach house

Loved our stay in this lovely home. Very tastefully decorated and spacious. Just a quick walk to Perkins Cove and a short drive into downtown. Property manager was very responsive about a minor plumbing issue. Thank you!

Lovely house

We love staying right in Perkins cove near our favorite restaurants, shops and activities. House was so neat and clean, had cute games for the kids, and was perfect for our family of 4.

Great place and nice location.

Our cottage was clean and very close to Perkins Cove. It was comfortable for the two of us. We needed to bring lots of things with us, such as toilet paper and paper towels, but we had plenty of towels and clean bedding. We enjoyed our stay!

Really cute super clean house!

We loved staying here. House was sparkling clean, great location close to Perkin's Cove, downtown Ogunquit and the beach. Had everything we needed including very comfortable beds. Whole house AC was a bonus although we only used it one night as weather was awesome. Never needed to contact the host but we had his cell number. Would highly recommend!

A gem by the Cove

Unfortunately I had an emergency appendectomy on my second night in Ogunquit. (York Hospital is #1). This rental was so clean and comfortable for rest and recovery. Family of three had plenty of space. I cannot image what it would have been like in a hotel room. The house is steps from the footbridge to Perkins Cove where you can catch a trolley up to town. Had a small glitch with our access code on arrival but reached the owner by phone and the issue was resolved in minutes. This unit would definitely be our first choice for our next visit.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in July 2019. The cottage was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Our family of three was very comfortable, and the air conditioning sure came in handy on the 90+ degree days we had during our week in Ogunquit. The location was perfect -- it was about a five-minute, easy walk to Perkins Cove (which was just right for our 6-year old son). Lots of nearby restaurants and shops -- we could not ask for more. Ryan made the whole renting process delightfully easy. All in all, we had a great vacation. Thank you.

Wonderful vacation spot

This is a spacious, two-bedroom accommodation with WI-Fi, Net Flix, etc. It's bright and airy, has A/C if needed, wonderfully clean. It's in a standalone building so you have no neighbors -- had a child with me so I didn't have to worry about her running across the floor. Loved it!!!!
