Mökissä Coven rannalla on kaikki mukavuudet kotona, kun olet poissa lomalla. Kiinteistö tarjoaa jaetun yksikön lämmityksen / jäähdytyksen jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa sekä avoimen konseptin olo / ruokailu- / keittiötilassa. Kaksi kannet tarjoavat runsaasti tilaa rentoutumiseen kiireisestä päivästä rannalla tai kaupungissa.
Tässä yhden tason vuokrauksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa queen-size-vuode ja yksi kylpyhuone, jossa on seisova suihku. Avuksesi on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu samalla tasolla kuin muu talo. Lisäosana saat nauttia peek-a-boo-näkymistä Perkins Coveen ja Atlantin valtamereen takakannelta, ruokasalista ja yhdestä makuuhuoneesta.

Sijainti:
Viiden minuutin kävelymatka Perkins Coveen, josta löydät erilaisia kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Poukamasta voit kävellä Marginal Way -linjaa pitkin, missä on vain pieni vuoroveden ranta .7 mailin päässä kiinteistöstä. Lisäksi laelta voit ottaa vaunun 1. 2 mailia Ogunquitin päärantaan, joka on noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Great location and house!

Such a nice area to visit. Short walk to quaint seaside town with places to eat and shop. Many places to drive to up and down the coast. The house is beautiful and was just right with 2 bedrooms and one bath. Peek-a-boo view of the water. 2 convenient parking spaces. Having the Keurig and pods supplied was great! The instructions were a little confusing (from multiple sources) and checkout expectations a little high (having clean dishes from dishwasher put away and laundry started before leaving). And be aware that there might not be all the supplies you'll need (no soaps in the shower or Kleenex). It is not "fully" stocked as some rentals are. We made due for the 3 nights we were there. Might want to check supplies before going food shopping. Overall was a really nice stay! The

Perfect home for our end-of-summer stay…

This small Perkins Cove cottage is a gem! Short walk to the cove’s bridge and lovely town. Very cozy and equipped with many modern amenities. Loved the new washer and dryer, comfortable beds, plush linens, and A/C/heater in multiple rooms. Unusually clean and well supplied for easy meal prep. The bathroom is surprisingly comfortable, including the new shower. We look forward to returning some day! The host, Ryan, provided helpful information about the house and community. Great vacation cottage in all ways.

Cottage at Perkins Cove

The week at the cottage was the BEST week we have experienced in Maine. The cottage was conveniently located within walking distance of Perkins Cove which had restaurants and a very quaint shopping area. Ryan, our host, checked to insure everything was going well and the extra amenities were welcomed and appreciated. The cottage was very cleanly kept with a nautical theme throughout.

Fantastic Perkins Cove Property

We had a wonderful stay. A clean, quiet and cozy property located just a brief walk to the Perkins Cove footbridge (and therefore lobster). The air conditioning was welcome since it was quite warm out. Very happy with everything!

Great place and nice location.

Our cottage was clean and very close to Perkins Cove. It was comfortable for the two of us. We needed to bring lots of things with us, such as toilet paper and paper towels, but we had plenty of towels and clean bedding. We enjoyed our stay!

Really cute super clean house!

We loved staying here. House was sparkling clean, great location close to Perkin's Cove, downtown Ogunquit and the beach. Had everything we needed including very comfortable beds. Whole house AC was a bonus although we only used it one night as weather was awesome. Never needed to contact the host but we had his cell number. Would highly recommend!

A gem by the Cove

Unfortunately I had an emergency appendectomy on my second night in Ogunquit. (York Hospital is #1). This rental was so clean and comfortable for rest and recovery. Family of three had plenty of space. I cannot image what it would have been like in a hotel room. The house is steps from the footbridge to Perkins Cove where you can catch a trolley up to town. Had a small glitch with our access code on arrival but reached the owner by phone and the issue was resolved in minutes. This unit would definitely be our first choice for our next visit.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in July 2019. The cottage was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Our family of three was very comfortable, and the air conditioning sure came in handy on the 90+ degree days we had during our week in Ogunquit. The location was perfect -- it was about a five-minute, easy walk to Perkins Cove (which was just right for our 6-year old son). Lots of nearby restaurants and shops -- we could not ask for more. Ryan made the whole renting process delightfully easy. All in all, we had a great vacation. Thank you.

Wonderful vacation spot

This is a spacious, two-bedroom accommodation with WI-Fi, Net Flix, etc. It's bright and airy, has A/C if needed, wonderfully clean. It's in a standalone building so you have no neighbors -- had a child with me so I didn't have to worry about her running across the floor. Loved it!!!!

Great cottage!

A Wonderful base to explore from

We stayed for 9 nights in October 2018 and had a fabulous time. The photographs of this rental can be relied upon to be a true reflection, what however they can’t show is how spotlessly clean it was. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with and nothing seemed to much trouble. It is a 5 minute walk to Perkins Cove which is full of great places to eat. We used the rental as a base to explore the surrounding areas. We visited Kennebunks, Saco, Old Orchard, Plymouth NH, The Yorks, Nubble Lighthouse, Cape Neddick and even managed a spooky day in Salem MA. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anybody. Thank you Ryan for a wonderful stay.

Nice clean home in convenient location.

This was a lovely little home in a convenient location. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable and owner was wonderful. Ryan was very responsive to our questions and needs. Perkins Cove is right around the corner which made for enjoyable morning walks to the great coffee shops and cafe for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return to this location in the blink of an eye.
