When I first arrived, staff informed me I did not have a reservation. After several min of looking, I think she realized it was a 3rd party booking and was not super pleased. We were assigned a room on the first floor at the very end of the building next to the electrical room. Even though the hotel had very minimal guests as evidenced by less than 20 vehicles in the parking lot at 10:30 pm. I felt like the room assignment was a punishment for not booking directly. The room appeared as if it has been remodeled by someone’s uncle’s second cousin who had no professional training or certification. The room was missing a couch even though there was clearly an empty space where one had been. Handle on bathroom door was falling off and door would not shut. TP holder randomly fell off the wall while I was using the restroom. The water pressure could be described as “limp” at best. The a/c was working at maybe 50%. There were dead spiders and other bugs around the perimeter of the room. There also appeared to be bodily fluids smeared on the picture hanging closest the tv.

I had asked for a first floor room in my reservation. When I got to the hotel, the desk clerk took the time to explain that none had been available for that day, and that I had been placed in next to the elevator for ease of getting in and out of the room. The room was comfortable and clean. The walk in shower was a nice surprise. The shower head did have a leak, which I reported to the front desk at check out.

On a business trip, needed a place to stay over night. This place is clearly under renovation and should close down while doing so or at the least not book rooms that’s under construction. The staff was not helpful nor concerned about the satisfaction of guests. Horrible!

Checked in and the foor handle to the restroom was messed up. Took a pic and showed it to the front desk and he immediately said "it wasn't like that" which is why we showed him right away because I knew they would want to charge us for it. The first floor is hella noisy! Especially being next to the elevator, pool area and side door. The pool is not heated but it is room temperature so the kids can enjoy either way. Breakfast was mid.
