There was no hot tub and the breakfast area was always closed off. I had to beg for a banana when literally every other property leaves them out so people can get a snack. The desk dude was flat out rude about it. The pool area photos are misleading. They were the reason I chose the hotel and when we got there, there was no place to sit in a hot tub. The room didn't even have a bathtub. Our first room was nasty and smelled weird. It was also right by the front door and very noisy. They did move us to a higher floor and the sound was OK, but they were pretty reluctant about it.

They scheduled a furniture change while we occupied the room. Feel like a furniture change should have waited till we checked out. We should have been given an option to have a room on the back side of the hotel away from the highway and the tol road but that was not an option we were given.

It was a roof over our heads and a bed to sleep in. Fridge was making some clicking noise all night long. Sliding shower door was jammed up, wouldn't slide. Toilet loose from the floor. One of the lamps in the room on the wall was broken and hanging by a wire. Lots of signs of heavy use and wear. Seemed to lack basic attention to detail when it comes to maintaining and repair.

The room was big. The walls are very thin, we needed help just to get the tv to work, or keys had a hard time working. The noise from the freeway and people outside was so loud it felt like the people were in the room with us. Luckily, I brought my clip fan to block some of the noise!! The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent! Would I stay there again? No way way to noisy!

It was clean. The TV wouldn't work most of the time. the desk clerk worked on it and got it started again but it wouldn't come on in the morning. The pillows are very small too. The parking lot was full of snow.
