Much nicer than expected!! Super clean and large room with all the amenities- full fridge and dishwasher. Room and bathroom in excellent condition. Great breakfast too!

This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The location is terrible, the stay was unpleasant, and the customer service was hands-down some of the rudest I’ve ever dealt with. The worst part? I specifically did not request any cleaning, yet someone still entered my room without permission — and my wallet went missing right after. When I asked to see the camera footage, they fed me the most ridiculous excuse, claiming that “no one stepped off the elevator for two hours.” It’s a HOTEL — people are constantly coming and going. Their story made zero sense and felt like a straight lie. Instead of trying to help, staff acted annoyed and dismissive. No urgency, no accountability, no concern for a guest who had something stolen inside their property. The only remotely decent thing about this place was the room itself, but even that isn’t worth the risk. I will NEVER stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. It was clearly broken but according to front desk when I called to be moved to another room, she said all their rooms the bathroom door is the same. I asked,”so they all don’t close all the way?” She said, “that’s correct!” How weird it was to have to let my son know every time I had to use the bathroom and vice versa so that the other wouldn’t walk to the kitchen area where the bathroom door was open :-/ Only good thing about the breakfast was the waffle and that’s cause you make it yourself! **AND BE AWARE that this hotel is located in the midst of a ton of homelessness and drug activity. Upon my arrival in the hotel parking lot, there was a car parked and 2 individuals smoking weed- the smell was very strong. There’s a ton of homeless people walking around and hanging out. I kept my window blinds up to be able to see my vehicle- very unsettling feeling. Sad to say we came from out of state to visit and this was not a great first impression of OKC. Don’t recommend!!

I did spend the night due to the fact that it was unsafe. There was a party outside the hotel and in the lobby. There were people walking back from the gas station with alcohol. as well. There was no security on site. I told the front desk clerk of these activities I witnessed. I demanded a refund, she said she needs to get it approved by the manager. She texted the manager, she didn't call her! I had my two children with me, waiting in the car. I was afraid, so I left as the clerk wasn't being cooperative or understanding.
