The management and staff are thoughtful, knowledgable, kind, and make the extra effort to assure hotel visitors are very well taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Although I didn't use the pool or work-out room this trip they are well equipped and clean and the hotel provides thick cotton towels! The neighborhood is walkable to museums, sports and conference center with lots of restaurants, and it's a short drive to a lot of great sites and restaurants.

I loved the hotel staff.. Expedia made several mistakes however even they made up for it. I love the management and staff at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough!
