Everything was good. But it was small things like burnt out light bulbs, no Kleenex, back yard not appealing to go to the hot tub, leaves on the balconies, cobwebs in the windows, no light down at the laundry and a dead mouse by the washing machine. Floor was super cold in the downstairs bathroom and the light would flicker in same bathroom. Great location! Bed clean. Lots of room!

Cozy Home

I was truly impressed with how quickly the host had responded to our needs. While staying at the home the host was invested in our comfort and was available. The home was spacious and cozy, it definitely felt like a home away from home.

Character and charm!!

Home is decorated and updated very tastefully and just as described in the VRBO listing. Owner responded to all inquiries very quickly. It was just my wife and I but home is very spacious and setup well for more people and everyone still have their own space

A beautiful experience

The location was simply amazing and the clear communication with the house manager made everything a breeze. The house was clean from top to bottom and allowed for multiple places to gather within the house both inside and outside. The fully stocked kitchen was an amazing asset for preparing the meals throughout our stay. Everyone in my party enjoyed it so that by the end of the first night they were asking when we could book it again. It was a great house and I look forward to having my next gathering at this location.

Perfect place for a girls weekend!

Stayed for a night with a group of friends and had the the absolute best time! The host is super nice, responsive, and very accommodating! The perfect property for any big group stay, and in such a great location close to the Plaza District! Highly, highly recommended staying here! 😊

Memorial Day weekend

It was a nice big house. We were able to walk to Paseo Arts District. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub.

We booked for 9 guests and there was only a small round table with 3 chairs for eating. The table was filthy, rug under the pool table was dirty, floors and stairs were not mopped. The outside trash bins were overflowing and the neighbors and dogs ravaged through the trash while we watched from the window. The back yard (where we planned on spending most of our time) was covered in weeds. We never received the email with entry instructions. Neighborhood didn’t look safe, was run down.
