1.Honest when I say there was no elevator 2. Charged me a $30 per day non refundable pet fee and then tried charging me double for a washing machine pod after I had already been quoted the cost by another employee which was the only employee we had the entire week stay who was kind courteous and went out of his way to accommodate us unlike all theother employee in this hotel who was the only employee with wonderful customer service skills and went above and beyond but unfortunately not one other employee in the hotel was kind nor r tried to explain the highfeewhen they don't even offer those they decide to put upspairs. This is shady business practice when it shows no care in the woeld over over a full week were friendly and did not go out of there way to

I wanted to pay with my Affirm account, told the night clerk, but she used the card used to book on the app. I told her that was not how I wanted it charged. When I spoke the the manager the next day they said there was nothing they could do. I've filed a dispute with the card account used. This is my second bad experience with hotel stays since I started my trip over a week ago

Most of the staff was friendly with the exception of one. I was not given the breakfast hours and the fridge did not work. Cleanliness was so, so. Tissue was stuffed in the spot for the smoke detector. Carpet looked dirty. Room spacious and bed comfortable.

The room reeked of urine! Our shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The whole place smelled like marijuana —constantly. Gatherings in the hallways late at night, very loud. Previously stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed the place, but will not be back after this experience.

My room heater was set on celcius so had to guess. Debris under the bed. Place needs updating. Even though I had a dog and asked for 2 rooms next to each other, they couldn't accompdate and I booked this weeks ago. They stayed they cant see comments from outside company's . It was 10pm and we had to log suitcases upstairs . Would never stay here again when so many other choices. Staff were friendly
