The entrance of the house opens onto the living room consisting of a sofa, television and dining table, in the same space there is an open-plan kitchen. From this room it is possible to access the external space where there is a patio and outdoor sofa. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. The layout of the house is completed by a bathroom with a shower enclosure.



*The shared swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September. The use of a swimming cap may be required. Available at specific times: in June and September it is open only in the afternoon from 15:00 to 18:00, in July and August it is open from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. It is closed on Mondays.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist arrival point in northern Sardinia. With its port and international airport, its scenic beauty, its history and traditions, it boasts an exceptional tourist offering. In the centre stand out the medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, which displays finds from Nuragic artefacts to Roman warships, and on a hill just outside the city, with views over the gulf, the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu. The city is also the location of major events such as the Giro d'Italia and concerts by internationally famous artists.

The coastal territory of Olbia alternates between beaches and cliffs of incomparable beauty, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados. Furthermore, this area offers a network of naturalistic routes rich in biodiversity, of varying degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers, which offer breathtaking panoramic views.

Also worth discovering is traditional food and wine, in the numerous local establishments and restaurants and during festivals. Kid goat with myrtle and Gallurese soup for a land-based dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you prefer to try the fish from the gulf. To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish a delicious seada with honey and a glass of artisanal myrtle liqueur.



Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is approximately 11 km by car from the accommodation.
