The accommodation, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, opens onto a living area complete with double sofa bed, armchair, television and dining table. Through the living room you can access the terrace furnished with a dining table outside. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with a deep fryer, kettle, microwave and juicer. Upstairs the sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and television and a second bedroom with two single beds and television. Two bathrooms with bidet and shower complete the layout.



Guests can enjoy amenities such as wi-fi with fiber optics, washing machine, iron air conditioning and heating.

The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, although art and architecture have a fundamental importance as well for this town inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowered terraces overlook the charming alleys that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.
