THREE-ROOM APARTMENT, with a magnificent view of the sea, the island of Tavolara and the surrounding greenery. Located in a residential complex, it consists of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a loft with two single beds, a double bedroom, a second twin bedroom and a bathroom; the property is completed by an outdoor area furnished with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation and a parking space. There is a TV, washing machine and air conditioning in the living room.
The beach is 950 metres away and can therefore be reached on foot, but those who wish to go there by car can do so as the flat has free parking at 200 metres from the First Beach of Porto Istana; the beach is also suitable for children as it slopes gently, while the main services are to be found in nearby Murta Maria.
Possibility of increasing the maximum occupancy of the flat by one person if the sixth person is a child.
