Arranged over two levels, Villetta Bianca comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with bright and well-organised interiors. On the ground floor, you will find a large open-plan living area with a sofa bed, LED TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A spacious double bedroom with an additional single bed, air conditioning and direct garden access completes the level, together with a modern bathroom with shower and Velux window.

An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where a small entrance with wardrobe opens onto a second double bedroom with an additional single bed, air conditioning and a private balcony. A modern bathroom with shower is reserved for guests on this floor. In the garden, an outdoor utility room houses the washing machine and a charcoal barbecue.

The villa features a fenced garden of approximately 300 m², secured by an electric gate. The outdoor area is partially shared with another unit and includes a covered veranda, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Inside the property, up to two private parking spaces are available.

The neighbourhood offers several services within walking distance: a bar with tobacco shop, pizzeria restaurant, rotisserie, fish market and bakery. Several beach kiosks offering drinks, cocktails and light meals are located in the surroundings. Recommended spots include Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant (Bados), Trattoria Rossi and Costa Sarda Bar. The Gallura Shopping Centre, with supermarket and stores, is only a few minutes away.

Some of the region’s most beautiful beaches are also within short driving distance: Spiaggia Ira, Spiaggia dei Sassi and Marinella. Around 15 minutes’ drive takes you to the coastline of Golfo Aranci with Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas and the natural reserve of Cala Moresca, home to a resident group of over 100 dolphins.

• After booking, guests are required to complete the online check-in (uploading ID documents and selfies for all guests).
• Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian; a courtesy English copy will be provided before arrival.

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11 , Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is active in the area. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
